نقش سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری ایران در حفظ ایمنی هوانوردی

گسترش و پیشرفت سریع صنعت هوانوردی بدون رعایت ایمنی هواپیمایی امکانپذیر نمی‌باشد. ایمنی هواپیما یکی از موضوعات مهم امور هوانوردی بوده، امری فراملی است و خطرهای ناشی از عدم رعایت آن مرزهای جغرافیایی را درنوردیده و سایر کشورها را متاثر می‌سازد و هیچ کشوری نمی‌تواند، بدون همکاری با دیگر کشورها در جهت تثبیت ایمنی هواپیمایی گام بردارد. پیشرفت صنعت هواپیمایی در تمام کشورها یکسان نبوده و عدم رعایت مقررات و استانداردهای بین‌المللی از طرف برخی از کشورها منجر به حوادث و سوانح هوایی متعددی در اکثر نقاط دنیا می‌گردد. از آنجاییکه متولی اصلی ایمنی هواپیمایی و اجرای مقررات موصوف در ایران سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری است، این سازمان باید نهایت سعی و تلاش خود را در انجام وظایف محوله بکار بندد. در این مقاله نقش این سازمان بر اساس توصیه‌ها و استانداردهای بین‌المللی و قوانین و مقررات داخلی در تامین سلامت پروازها و نیز حفظ ایمنی هوانوردی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته  است.

The Role of the Iranian Civil Aviation Organization in Maintaining Aviation Safety

The rapid development of the aviation industry depends on the safety of aviation. Aircraft safety is one of the most important issues in aviation and is not only an internal matter, but also a transnational one due to its nature. The development of the aviation industry is not the same in all countries. Noncompliance with international regulations and standards affect other countries’ aviation safety and may lead to aviation accidents and incidents. No country can take steps to ensure air safety without considering other countries situation. Since the National Aviation Organization is the main body in charge of aviation safety and the implementation of these regulations in the country, this organization shall make efforts to perform its assigned duties. This article seeks to explore the role of this organization based on international recommendations and standards and national rules and regulations to ensure the safety of aviation.
