بررسی تاثیر توانایی‌های پویا در همکاری سازنده و عملکرد زنجیره تامین مراکز درمانی کشور

زمینه و هدف: در شرایط تغییر محیط خارجی به منظور تثبیت برتری رقابتی، سازمان باید به تجدید منابع با ارزش خود بپردازد. توانایی های پویا برای سازمان ها این امکان را فراهم می آورند تا بر این تغییرات مداوم تاثیرگذار باشند. در واقع، توانایی های پویا منجر به جهت گیری رفتاری پایدار سازمان در یکپارچه سازی، صورت بندی مجدد، تجدید و بازسازی منابع و قابلیت های خود و بویژه منجر به بهبود و نوسازی قابلیت های مرکزی در پاسخ به محیط متغیر برای نائل شدن به مزیت رقابتی پایدار می گردد. این مطالعه به بررسی تاثیر توانایی‌های پویا در همکاری سازنده و عملکرد زنجیره تامین در مراکز درمانی پرداخته است.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی – پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری تحقیق، کارکنان بیمارستان آیت الله طالقانی گنبدکاووس می باشند. همچنین پرسشنامه تحقیق از مطالعه ماندال (2022) بر گرفته شده است. جهت سنجش روایی پرسشنامه از روش همگرایی و واگرایی و برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه از روش محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده و مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار اسمارت پی ال اس استفاده گردید.نتایج: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که بین یادگیری، هماهنگی و ادغام بیمارستان و همکاری سازنده رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد ولی بین دیدگاه حساسیت و همکاری سازنده رابطه معنی داری وجود ندارد و همچنین بین همکاری سازنده و عملکرد زنجیره تامین نظام سلامت رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد و جهت گیری فن آوری رابطه بین دیدگاه حساسیت و یادگیری با همکاری سازنده را تعدیل نمی کند، اما رابطه بین دیدگاه هماهنگی و ادغام با همکاری سازنده را تعدیل می کند.نتیجه گیری: بهبود همکاری مشترک در بخش های مختلف بیمارستان، کاهش ریسک خطای پزشکی، بهبود کیفیت خدمات و ارتقا جایگاه حرفه‌ای پرسنل از جمله پیامدهای ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تامین پایدار بیمارستان‌ها بود.

investigating the impact of dynamic capabilities on constructive collaboration and supply chain performance in healthcare centers

background and purpose: in response to evolving external environments, organizations must renew their valuable resources to sustain competitive advantage. dynamic capabilities empower organizations to effectively navigate these continual changes. essentially, dynamic capabilities foster a stable behavioral orientation within organizations, facilitating integration, reformulation, renewal, and reconstruction of resources and capabilities, particularly enhancing and revitalizing core capabilities in response to dynamic environments to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. this study explores the influence of dynamic capabilities on constructive collaboration and supply chain performance within healthcare centers. dynamic capabilities are categorized into four perspectives: sensitivity, learning, coordination, and integration. constructive collaboration serves as a mediating variable, while technological orientation acts as a moderating variable in the model.methods: this study adopts an applied purpose and descriptive-survey method. the statistical population comprises employees at ayatollah taleghani gonbadkavus hospital. using a questionnaire adapted from mandal’s (2022) study, the research establishes relationships between variables, categorized as descriptive-analytical. the questionnaire’s validity was assessed using convergence and divergence methods, and reliability was confirmed using cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability. data analysis employed structural equation modeling and smart-pls software.results: data analysis reveals a significant relationship between the learning, coordination, and integration perspectives of the hospital and constructive collaboration. however, no significant relationship is observed between the sensitivity perspective and constructive collaboration, nor between constructive collaboration and the performance of the healthcare system’s supply chain. a significant relationship exists, and technological orientation does not moderate the relationship between the sensitivity perspective and learning with constructive collaboration, but it moderates the relationship between the coordination and integration perspective with constructive collaboration.conclusion: improvements in collaborative efforts across various hospital departments, decreased risks of medical errors, enhanced service quality, and elevated professional status of staff are among the outcomes of assessing the performance of hospitals’ sustainable supply chains.
