چارچوب مفهومی بیمارستان هوشمند تحت صنعت 4.0

زمینه و هدف: انقلاب صنعتی چهارم شامل ترکیب دستگاه های شبکه با روش های رایانش ابری، تحلیل داده های بزرگ و هوش مصنوعی است که باعث می‌شود چنین زیرساختی، هوشمند نامیده شود. در یک بیمارستان هوشمند، همه وسایل و دستگاه ها به گونه ای طراحی شده اند که به هم متصل شوند و یکپارچه شوند تا در نهایت مراقبت های بهتری از بیمار صورت پذیرد و باعث افزایش کارایی و کاهش اتلاف وقت شوند. از همین رو هدف این پژوهش شناسایی مولفه های یک بیمارستان هوشمند بر اساس فناوری های تحول آفرین صنعت 4.0 بود.مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش کیفی در دو مرحله در زمستان 1398 انجام شده است. در مرحله اول مولفه های مربوط به بیمارستان هوشمند از مطالعات پیشین شناسایی گردید. در مرحله دوم بر اساس روش دلفی نظر خبرگان در خصوص مولفه ها و مدل مفهومی ارزیابی شد. کمیته خبرگان پژوهش شامل 15 نفر از متخصصان فعال فناوری اطلاعات در حوزه پزشکی بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند بودند.یافته ها: بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش مولفه های بیمارستان هوشمند شامل هشت فناوری: اینترنت اشیا، رباتیک، زنجیره بلوک، رایانش ابری، کلان داده، واقعیت مجازی و افزوده، تولید افزایشی و هوش مصنوعی بود.نتیجه گیری: مدیران بیمارستان ها با توجه به مولفه های بیمارستان هوشمند باید درصدد تجهیز سازمان خود باشند و کلیه فرایندها و تجهیزات را با فناوری های تحول‌آفرین منطبق سازند. با توجه به وجود تحریم ها سرمایه گذاری در سازمان های دانش بنیان داخلی و فعال در زمینه فناوری های نوین و ایجاد اتحاد استراتژیک با آنها می تواند راهکار مناسبی برای سیاستگزاران نظام سلامت باشد.

A Conceptual Framework for Smart Hospital towards Industry 4.0

Background: The fourth industrial revolution consists of combining network devices with cloud computing methods and analyzing large data and artificial intelligence, which makes it possible to call such an infrastructure smart. In a Smart Hospital, all things and devices are designed to be connected and integrated, thus achieving better patient care, increasing efficiency and reducing time waste. Therefore, the aim of this paper was to recognize the components of smart hospital based on disruptive technologies of industry 4.0.Materials and Methods: This applied research has been done in two phases using qualitative approach in winter 2019. In the first step, the components of smart hospital were recognized from previous studies. In the second step, research experts evaluate conceptual model by Delphi method. The expert panel consists of 15 individuals active in information technology in healthcare according to targeted sampling. Results: According to research results the main components of smart hospital are eight technologies: Internet of things technology, robotic, blockchain technology, cloud computing, big data, augmented and virtual reality technology, additive manufacturing and artificial intelligence.Conclusion: According to components of smart hospital, Hospitals managers should equip their organization and adopt process and equipment by disruptive technologies. Due to sanctions, investment in Iranian knowledgebased companies active in new technologies field and Joint venture with them can be a suitable solution for healthcare policymakers.
