واکاوی سیر تحول و چالش‌های مشاوره در آموزش و پرورش ایران

امروزه به دلیل تغییرات پیچیده و سریع در ابعاد گوناگون فردی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی؛ دانش آموزان در دوره های سنی و تحصیلی مختلف از یک سو، دارای نیازها و مشکلات خاصی هستند و از سوی دیگر با تصمیم ها و چالش های متفاوت و متعددی مواجه اند و مشاوران به عنوان کارشناسانی که در حوزه ی خدمات یاورانه تربیت شده اند می توانند هم به دانش آموزان در این امور و هم به همکاران خود (معلمان و مربیان) در تسهیل و بهبود فرآیند آموزشی و پرورشی، کمک نمایند. از این رو، بررسی و بازاندیشی آنچه طرح ریزی شده و آنچه به انجام رسیده در پویایی و شکوفایی حرفه ای در این حوزه تسهیل کننده و راه گشا خواهد بود. لذا پژوهش حاضر که از نوع پژوهش های مروری است به بررسی روند و سیر تحول نظام راهنمایی و مشاوره در آموزش وپرورش می پردازد.گذشت بیش از دو دهه ارائه خدمات مستمر مشاوره ای در سطح مدارس، وجود برخی چالش ها و تداخل وظایف در سطح مدرسه، بازنگری و تعیین استراتژی های نوین در شیوه و نحوه ارائه خدمات مشاوره ای را هم در بعد کیفی و هم کمی ضروری می سازد. در بررسی سیر تحول راهنمایی و مشاوره در کشور شش دوره مجزا که هر کدام بیانگر فراز و فرودهای خاصی است قابل درک و اثبات می باشد. این دوره ها عبارتند از: دوره ایده پردازی و برنامه ریزی مقدماتی؛ دوره اجرای ناقص برنامه؛ دوره رکود و تعطیلی؛ دوره برنامه ریزی زیرساختی، احیا و بازسازی برنامه مشاوره؛ دوره توسعه، رشد و بلوغ کاری و دوره ی سکون، فرسایش و جا به جایی مشاوران. می توان نتیجه گرفت که برنامه راهنمایی و مشاوره علیرغم ضرورت و اثربخشی از ابتدای اجرا تاکنون با چالش های متعدد و مختلفی مواجه بوده است. انتظار می رفت با توجه به سلامت نگری و اثربخشی آن، خیلی زودتر به سامان می رسید که این امر نیازمند توجه، حمایت و برنامه ریزی علمی هم در تربیت نیروی انسانی و هم در حوزه اجرا می باشد.

Recognition of the evolution and counseling challenges in education

Today, due to complex and rapid changes in various aspects of personal, social and cultural life of students on the one hand, in terms of age and academic with the needs and specific problems and on the other hand with different challenges and face numerous decisions and counselors can be trained as experts in the field helper services to students in these matters and his colleagues (teachers and educators) to facilitate and improve the education process, help. After more than two decades of continuous counseling services in schools, there is some overlap challenges and tasks at school level, reviewing and defining new strategies in the manner and to provide counseling services in the vital necessity for qualitative and quantitative.In the study evolution of guidance and counseling in Iran, Six distinct periods, each of which represents a particular ups and downs is understandable and verifiable. This period include: Ideation and preliminary planning; incomplete implementation of the program; recession and cessation; Planning of infrastructural, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction counseling program; period of development and maturity of work; and Period of stagnation and erosion counselors. Can conclude that despite the necessity and effectiveness of of guidance and counseling program has been faced with numerous challenges. to expected besedhealth and its effectiveness was organized much earlier, which demands attention, support and scientific planning and in education of human resources and is in the field of administration.
