معنای شغلی و بهزیستی ذهنی: نقش میانجیگری رضایت شغلی

هدف: هدف این مطالعه بررسی رابطه معنای شغلی و بهزیستی ذهنی با میانجیگری رضایت شغلی بود. روش: این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی بود. در این پژوهش 280 نفر از کارکنان شرکت پالایش نفت اصفهان به روش نمونه‌گیری سهمیه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری پرسشنامه‌های معنای شغلی (ورزسنیسکی، 1999)، بهزیستی ذهنی (مولوی و همکاران، 1387) و رضایت شغلی (ویسوکی و کروم، 1994) بود. داده‌ها از طریق مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد معنای شغلی امرارمعاش بر بهزیستی ذهنی اثر مستقیم و منفی معنادار (p<0.05) و معنای شغلی مسیر پیشرفت بر بهزیستی ذهنی اثر مستقیم و مثبت معنادار داشت(p<0.001). ضمن اینکه معنای شغلی رسالت بر بهزیستی ذهنی از طریق رضایت شغلی تاثیر غیرمستقیم و مثبت معناداری داشت(p<0.01). نقش میانجیگری رضایت شغلی در رابطه معناهای شغلی امرارمعاش و مسیر پیشرفت با بهزیستی ذهنی تایید نشد. نتیجه گیری: به‌طورکلی یافته‌ها نشان داد که از میان معناهای مختلف شغلی، معناهای شغلی امرارمعاش و مسیر پیشرفت اثر مستقیم بر بهزیستی ذهنی و معنای شغلی رسالت از طریق رضایت شغلی اثر غیرمستقیم بر بهزیستی ذهنی دارد.

Works’s Meaning and Subjective Well-being: The Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction

Aim: This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between work meanings and subjective wellbeing through job satisfaction in Isfahan Oil Refining Company Staff. Methods: In this study, 280 stuff members at Esfahan Oil Refinery were selected through sampling of quotas. The participants took job satisfaction, subjective wellbeing, and work meaning questionnaires. For the data analysis, the descriptive statistics method and structural equation modeling were used. The mediating role were tested via bootstrapping test. Findings: The results showed that job orientation and career orientation directly influence subjective wellbeing. Job orientation has significant negative effect on subjective wellbeing (p<0.05), and career orientation has significant positive effect on subjective wellbeing (p<0.001). Calling orientation has indirect effect on subjective wellbeing through job satisfaction (p<0.01). The mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between job and career orientation with subjective wellbeing was not significant. Conclusions: Overall, the findings showed that amongst different meanings of work, providing daily living expenses and to progress, has direct influence on subjective wellbeing, while career mission through work satisfaction has an indirect effect on subjective wellbeing.
