طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌های معلم پاسخگوی فرهنگی – رویکرد مرور تلفیقی

هدف مقاله حاضر، طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌های معلم پاسخگوی فرهنگی است. دراین پژوهش جهت طراحی چارچوب شایستگی های معلم پاسخگوی فرهنگی از روش پژوهش مروریتلفیقی استفاده شده است با کلمای کلیدی ویژه جستجوی فارسی و لاتین شامل آموزش فرهنگی معلمان، معلمان پاسخگوی فرهنگی ، آموزش فرهنگی و تعلیم و تربیت فرهنگی پرداخته است منبع گردآوری اطلاعات در این مرحله کلیه مقالات مرتبط در پایگاه های معتبر در حوزه تعلیم و تربیت است که در محدوده سال های 1945 تا 2023 به چاپ رسیده است با ارزیابی مطالعات جمع آوری شده نهایتا 56 مطالبه مرتبط شناسایی و با روش تحلیل مضمون به جستجوی مضامین مرتبط پرداخته شد. الگوی نهایی با 3 مضمون سازمان دهنده، تحت عنوان دانش معلم پاسخگوی فرهنگی مهارت های معلم پاسخگوی فرهنگی و نگرش معلم پاسخگوی فرهنگی طراحی شد بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده می توان گفت برای رسیدن به ویژگی های معلم پاسخگوی فرهنگی باید وی را به مجموعه ای از دانش ها مهارت ها و نگرش های پاسخگوی فرهنگی مجهز نمود تا بتواند به صورت عملی قدم های موثری را در جهت رشد و پیشرفت همه جانبه دانش آموزان بردارد.

designing a model of culturally responsive teacher competencies: an integrated review approach

the aim of the current research was to design a culturally responsive teacher competency model. in this research, the integrated review research approach was used to design the model of culturally responsive teacher competencies. at this stage, the data were collected through searching with persian and latin keywords including culturally responsive teachers, pedagogy, education, teaching, instruction and curriculum among all related articles in reliable databases in the field of education and training, which were published between 1954 and 2023. finally, 56 related studies were identified. based on analyzing the final studies, the culturally responsive teachers model was extracted with 3 organizing themes named culturally responsive teacher knowledge; culturally responsive teacher skills, and culturally responsive teacher attitudes . according to the obtained results, it can be said that in order to achieve the characteristics of a competent teacher in the field of culturaly responsiveness, the teachers could practically take effective steps towards growth by being equipped with the set of knowledge, skills and attitudes of cultural responsiveness, and the progress of students in all their educational, personal and social dimensions.
