واکاوی تجارب مربیان بهداشت از آموزش جنسی در مدارس (مطالعه موردی: مدارس پسرانه متوسطه اول شهراصفهان)

مقاله حاضر با هدف واکاوی تجارب مربیان بهداشت از آموزش جنسی در مدارس، با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی پژوهش و روش نظریه داده بنیاد (رویکرد سیستماتیک) به انجام رسیده است. مشارکت کنندگان تعداد سی نفر از مربیان بهداشت مدارس متوسطه اول شهر اصفهان بوده اند. شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند – نظری و تکنیک گردآوری داده ها مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته بوده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها با استفاده از سه شیوه کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی انجام گردید.  یافته های پژوهش بیانگر این است که تجارب مربیان از آموزش جنسی در مدارس پیرامون تعدادی مقوله اصلی و در قالب اجزای مدل پارادایمی شامل شرایط علی (زیست‌بوم خانوادگی، زیست‌بوم اجتماعی و زیست‌بوم آموزشی)، شرایط مداخله گر (مجازی‌شدن فهم جنسی و محدودیت‌های گفتمانی)، شرایط زمینه ای (واقعیت‌گریزی آموزشی و تغییرپذیری منابع)، راهبردها (بازسازی نظام خانوادگی، بازسازی نظام آموزشی، تعامل‌گرایی نهادی و هم‌راستایی فرهنگی) و پیامدها (پیامدهای فردی و اجتماعی) و یک مقوله هسته یا مرکزی تحت عنوان «آموزش جنسی فراگیر» صورت بندی شده اند.

health educators’ experiences of sex education in schools case study: lower secondary boys’ schools in isfahan

the present study was conducted to analyze the experiences of health educators from sex education in schools, using a qualitative research approach and data-based theory method (systematic approach). the participants were 30 health educators from the lower secondary schools in isfahan, iran. the purposeful-theoretical sampling method and data collection technique was semi-structured in-depth interview. data analysis was done using three open, central and selective coding methods. the findings of the research showed that the teachers’ experiences of sex education in schools around many main categories and the form of components of the paradigm model, including causal conditions (family ecosystem, social ecosystem and educational ecosystem), intervening conditions (virtualization of sexual understanding and discourse limitations), background conditions (educational unreality and variability of resources), strategies (reconstruction of the family system, reconstruction of the educational system, institutional interactionism and cultural alignment) and consequences (individual and social consequences) and a core or core category under the title of inclusive sex education are tied.
