شناسایی عوامل موثر در اجرای یادگیری ترکیبی دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان

مقاله حاضر با هدف شناسایی و سطح بندی عوامل موثر در اجرای آموزش ترکیبی در آماده سازی دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام شد. در این مقاله از روش ترکیبی (کمی – کیفی) استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی اساتید و کارشناسان حوزه فناوری بودند که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده و مصاحبه با آنان تا اشباع نظری (نفر دوازده) ادامه یافت. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی را، متخصصان موضوعی تشکیل می‌دادند که بر اساس جدول مورگان نود نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. در مرحله کیفی برای تایید روایی محتوا از راهبرد تفسیری مذاکره با مصاحبه شوندگان و در بخش کمی به منظور بررسی روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه، از روایی محتوایی و روایی سازه، به کمک تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. نتایج بدست آمده با استفاده از تکنیک مدلسازی تفسیری – ساختاری، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته و ارتباط و توالی فاکتورها به دست آمد. ارتباطات بدست آمده نشان داد که ساختارسازی اجرایی و آموزشی، زیرساخت فنی، پشتیبانی مالی و مشوق های آموزشی، اساس بکارگیری آموزش ترکیبی را تشکیل می‌دهند. بینشی که این مدل به مسئولین دانشگاه ارائه می‌کند می‌تواند به آنها در برنامه ریزی استراتژیک در شرایط بحرانی کمک نماید.

identifying effective factors in the implementation of blended learning of student teachers

the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying and leveling the effective factors in the implementation of blended learning in the preparation of student teachers of teacher training university. in this research, a combined method was used. sampling in both quantitative and qualitative phases of this research was done theoretically. in the qualitative part, interviews with professors and experts in the field of technology continued until reaching the theoretical objects. the tool for collecting information in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview, and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire. in order to measure and evaluate the questionnaire, the criterion of content validity was used. also, the results obtained using the interpretive-structural modeling technique were analyzed and finally the relationship and sequence of factors were extracted. the results showed that executive and educational structuring, technical infrastructure, financial support and educational incentives form the basis of using combined education. the insight that this model provides to university officials can help them in strategic planning in critical situations.
