چکیده
|
هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر بررسی میزان کارآمدی درس کارورزی در افزایش توان حرفه ای دانشجومعلمان از دیدگاه فارغ التحصیالن دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود. پژوهش از نوع کیفی با روش پدیدارشناسی اجرا؛ و اطلاعات با مصاحبه های نیمه ساختارمند گردآوری شد. از بین فارغ التحصیلان کارشناسی آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه، 20 نفر به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. تحلیل مصاحبه ها، با الگوی هفت مرحله ای کلایزی (1978) و کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد. اعتبار داده ها با روش پرسش از همکار، کاوش به وسیله افراد مورد مطالعه و استفاده از مسیر ممیزی انجام گرفت. یافته ها در 162 شاخص، 23 مولفه و 5 بعد: محتوای برنامه درسی کارورزی، توسعه دانش ها و مهارت های حرفه ای، تقویت سواد دیجیتالی، تقویت اخالق حرفه ای و تقویت ساختار سازمانی استخراج؛ و نشان داد کارورزی توان حرفه ای دانشجومعلمان را با تقویت سواد رسانه ای، کسب دانش ها و مهارت های علمی و پژوهشی مورد نیاز معلمی، کسب فضائل اخلاقی، ایده پروری، آمادگی برای تدریس افزایش می دهد.

The Prespectives of Teacher Training University Graduates on the Efficiency of Internship Courses in Increasing Student-Teacher Professional ability

Abstract
|
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the perspective of Teacher Training University graduates on the effectiveness of internships in increasing the professional potential of students and teachers. To this aim, qualitative research was conducted using phenomenological method and the data were collected using semi-structured interviews. Accordingly, among the graduates of Teacher Training University in 2019 and 2020, 20 people were purposefully selected. The interviews were analyzed using the seven-step Colaizzi (1978) model and three stages of open, axial, and selective coding. The findings were extracted in 162 indicators, 23 components and 5 dimensions: &Internship curriculum content, development of professional knowledge and skills&, &Strengthening digital literacy&, &Strengthening professional ethics& and &Strengthening organizational structure&. The results showed that internships increase the professional potential of student-teachers with active participation and interaction between schools and universities, cooperation of experienced professors and teachers, student-teacher activity in school and classroom, strengthening media literacy and information technology literacy, acquiring knowledge and scientific and research skills required by teachers.
