کوررۀ من: روایت هایی از تجربیات تدریس من در بدو معلمی

هدف این مقاله بازنمایی و روایت تجربیات تدریس پژوهش گر است. این که وی در امتداد دو سال آموزگاری خویش در پایه های چهارم و ششم ابتدایی، فرایند تدریس، عمل معلمی و پدیدۀ مدرسه را چگونه تجربه و فهم نموده است. برای دست یابی به این هدف از روش خودشرح حال نویسی بهره گرفته شده است تا پژوهشگر بتواند کوررۀ خویش را روایت نماید. نتایج تحقیق حکایت از تاثیر عمیق پیشینۀ زیستۀ پژوهشگر بر کُنش‌های جاری و چشم اندازهای تربیتی وی دارد. افزون براین، روایت های پژوهشگر از فراز و فرودهایی پرده برمی‌دارد که در آن معلم در مدرسه و کلاس درس در زمینهایی باتلاقی قرار میگیرد و نظریه‌های تربیتی به جای عامل بودن، ناظر باقی می مانند. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر، به مثابه داستان سفری است که محقق با روایت زندگی شخصی خویش، از شکاف بین نظریه و عمل معلمی میگوید و دیگر معلمان را دعوت میکند تا تجربیات تدریس خویش را روایت کنند و با جامعه به اشتراک بگذازند.

My Currere: The Narratives of Teaching Experience as a Freshman Teacher

The purpose of this study was offering a representation and narrative of researcher’s teaching experiences. The focus of the study is how researcher experienced the teaching process, teacher’s action and school phenomenon in two years teaching in the fourth and sixth grades of elementary school. In order to achieve this purpose the autobiography research methods has been used. The results of the research showed the profound impact of the researcher’s life background on current activities and educational perspectives and indicated how his educational strategies were inspired by his student experiences. In addition, the researcher’s narratives and memories included challenges and events that were not taught in the university’s books and classes. Therefore, in this study, the researcher discusses about the gaps between theory and practice in the field of teaching. He invites other teachers to share their teaching experiences and share with the community.
