ارزشیابی شایستگى دانشجومعلمان آموزش زبان و ادبیات فارسی در تولید و اجرای آزمون‌های تحصیلی

مقالۀ حاضر به سنجش میزان شایستگی دانشجومعلمان رشتۀ آموزش زبان و ادبیات فارسی در زمینه‌های دسته‌بندی آزمون‌ها، طرح‌ریزی آزمون، تجزیه‎وتحلیل آزمون‌ها، روش‏ها و ابزارهای جدید در سنجش، و آزمون‌های هنجارشده می‌پردازد. بدین منظور از روش ارزشیابی با به کارگیری طرح سنجش دوگروهی استفاده شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش دانشجومعلمان کارشناسی پیوستۀ رشتۀ آموزش زبان و ادبیات فارسی و نمونۀ آماری آن از بین دانشجومعلمان مذکور، شامل دو ورودی، یعنی پذیرفته‌شدگان سال‌‌های 1394 و 1396، انتخاب شد. از بین دو گروه ورودی‌ که تعدادشان جمعاً 694 نفر بود، از نمونه‌ای به حجم 283 نفر آزمون به عمل آمد. تحلیل داده‏ها نشان می‌دهد دانشجومعلمان در مولفه‌های پنج‌گانۀ بررسی‌شده، شایستگی لازم را احراز کرده‌اند. یعنی در سه مولفه، در سطحی متوسط و در مولفۀ دسته‌بندی آزمون‌ها در سطحی ضعیف حائز شایستگی شده‌اند. آنان در مولفۀ طرح‌ریزی آزمون در سطحی بسیار ضعیف قرار دارند. لذا می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که آنان در تولید و اجرای آزمون‌های تحصیلی مجموعاً شایستگى حرفه‌ای لازم را احراز کرده‌اند.

Evaluating the competency of the production and implementation of academic exams in students-teachers of Persian language and literature

The present article assesses the competence of studentteachers in the field of teaching Persian language and literature in the fields of exam classification, exam planning, exam analysis, new methods and tools in assessment, and standardized exams. For this purpose, the evaluation method was used using a twogroup assessment design. The statistical population of the undergraduate studentteachers’ research in the field of Persian language and literature education and its statistical sample was selected from the mentioned studentteachers, including two entries, namely those admitted in 1394 and 1396. Among the two input groups, which numbered a total of 694 people, a sample of 283 people was tested. Data analysis shows that studentteachers have achieved the necessary competence in the five components examined. That is, in three components, at the intermediate level and in the classification component, the tests are qualified at a weak level. They are at a very weak level in the test design component. Therefore, it can be concluded that they have achieved the necessary professional competence in the production and implementation of academic exams.
