تحلیل موانع آموزش اثربخش درس «کارگاه کارآفرینی و تولید» در پایه دوم متوسطه نظری

مقاله حاضر با هدف تحلیل موانع و مشکلات آموزش اثربخش درس «کارگاه کارآفرینی و تولید» در پایه دوم متوسطه نظری انجام شد. رویکرد حاکم بر این پژوهش، آمیخته از نوع متوالی اکتشافی است که در بخش کیفی از رهیافت نظام‌مند روش نظریه بنیانی و در بخش کمی از روش توصیفی پیمایشی بهره گرفته شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه در بخش کیفی و کمی این پژوهش، شامل اساتید دانشگاهی رشته کارآفرینی، کارشناسان کارآفرینی و معلمان آموزش کارآفرینی بودند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی شامل مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند و بررسی اسناد و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود. داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها در بخش کیفی از طریق کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، تجزیه و تحلیل و در بخش کمی با آزمون فریدمن اولویت‌بندی شد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل علی (شامل ضعف موجود در ساختارهای کارآفرینانه کشور، ضعف ساختار مدیریتی آموزش و پرورش، ضعف موجود در برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و ...) باعث پایین آمدن اثربخشی آموزش درس کارگاه کارآفرینی و تولید شده است، که عملکرد ضعیف آموزش و پرورش در حمایت از درس کارگاه کارآفرینی و تولید، برگزاری دوره‌های ضمن خدمت نامناسب، تامین معلم درس کارآفرینی به شیوه نامناسب، تبلیغات نامناسب و مغایر با توسعه فرهنگ کارآفرینی در رسانه‌های ارتباط جمعی، ضعف در استفاده از روش‌های مناسب ارزشیابی از آموخته‌های دانش‌آموزان به عنوان کنش‌های صورت گرفته از این پدیده، موجب پیامدهای منفی در کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت شده است. این کنش‌ها تحت تاثیر شرایط عمومی و خاصی تحت عنوان شرایط مداخله‌گر و زمینه‌ای نیز تشدید می‌شود.

Analysis of the Barriers to Effective Teaching of "Entrepreneurship and Production Workshop" in the 2nd Grade Secondary School

The present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the barriers for effective teaching of the lesson "Entrepreneurship and Production Workshop" in the 2nd grade secondary school. The approach that was taken in this research included a combination of sequentialexploratory type which was used in the qualitative part of the systematic approach to the Grounded Theory method and in the quantitative part of the descriptivesurvey method. The data collection tool in the qualitative section included a semistructured interview and document review and a small part of the researcher’s questionnaire. The data from the interviews in the qualitative section were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding and prioritized in the quantitative section with Friedman’s test. The results of this research showed that the causal factors (including weaknesses in the entrepreneurial structures of the country, the weakness of the managerial structure of education, the weakness of the educational planning, etc.) could reduce the effectiveness of the training course in the workshops of Entrepreneurship and Production course, which reveals the poor function of Educational system in supporting teachers for this lesson, inadequate inservice training courses, inadequate teacher training in entrepreneurial lessons, inappropriate advertising and conflicts with the development of entrepreneurship culture in the mass media, weakness in the use of appropriate evaluation methods in order to face the consequences, which have caused negative consequences in the short and long terms.
