شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی آموزشی؛ مطالعه موردی هنرستان‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای و کاردانش شهرستان نجف‌آباد

هدف این مقاله، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی آموزشی در هنرستان‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای و کاردانش شهرستان نجف آباد است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نوع پیمایشی و از لحاظ روش تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی است. در بخش کیفی تحقیق با روش تحلیل نظریه داده بنیاد از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با صاحب‌نظران به شناخت عوامل موثر تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری یافته‌ها پرداخته شد. یافته‌های بخش کیفی معناداری عوامل سازمانی، پرسنلی، آموزشی، محتوای آموزشی، هوش، فرهنگی، مدیریتی و تعاملات با محیط بیرون را تایید کردند. در بخش کمی تحقیق، جامعه آماری شامل هنرآموزان هنرستان‌های شهرستان نجف آباد است. حجم نمونه با جدول مورگان، 165 نفر تعیین و داده‌ها به روش تصادفی ساده جمع‌آوری شد. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با طیف لیکرت استفاده و روایی از نوع صوری تایید و نمونه 30تایی از پرسشنامه توزیع گردید تا ابهامی در سوالات باقی نماند. پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 0.7 تایید و داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار smart pls تجزیه و تحلیل شده و برازش مدل تایید گردید. یافته‌های کمی معناداری کلیه عوامل نتیجه‌گیری شده از بخش کیفی، به جز تاثیر عوامل مربوط به هوش را تایید کرد.

Factors Affecting Educational Entrepreneurship: A Case Study of TechnicalVocational Schools in Najafabad

This article aims to identify the factors affecting educational entrepreneurship in technical and vocational schools in Najaf Abad, Iran. The present research is a surveytype applied method with regard to the purpose and it is exploratory mixed with regard to the research method. The effective factors were identified until obtaining the theoretical saturation of the findings in the qualitative part of research using grounded theory and semistructured interviews with experts. The population included all the vocational school students of Najaf Abad city in the quantitative part. The sample size was determined 165 by Morgan table and data were collected randomly. A researchermade questionnaire with Likert scale was used to collect the data and face validity was confirmed and a 30 item questionnaire was distributed among the samples in order to avoid ambiguity. Reliability with Cronbach’s alpha higher than 7 was confirmed. The data was analyzed using smart PLS software and the fit of model was confirmed. The findings of the qualitative section confirmed the significance of organizational, personnel, educational, educational content, intelligence, culture, managerial factors and interactions with the external environment. The quantitative findings confirmed all the factors derived from the qualitative section, except for the intelligence related factors.
