بررسی وضعیت مطلوب و موجود عنصر محتوا برای تربیت‌معلمان فناور از دیدگاه صاحب‌نظران، اعضای هیئت‌علمی و دانشجویان

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی ویژگی­های عنصر محتوا برای تربیت‌معلمان فناور است. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است تا فاصله بین وضع موجود و ­مطلوب به‌منظور ارائه پیشنهادهای کاربردی برای بهبود بخشیدن به برنامه درسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان بررسی و مقایسه گردد. روش پژوهش، ترکیبی است و با طرح اکتشافی انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی، برای تبیین وضع مطلوب با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با اعضای هیئت‌علمی کشور، اطلاعات جمع‌آوری گردید. در بخش کمی پرسشنامه بین تعداد 249 نفر از اعضای هیئت‌علمی و 359 نفر از دانشجویان توزیع شد. نتایج بخش کیفی نشان داد که محتوای مطلوب جهت تربیت‌معلمان فناور باید از پنج ویژگی طرح محتوای آمیخته، انعطاف‌پذیری، تناسب با اهداف، رویکرد فناورانه حاکم بر محتوا و کاربردی بودن برخوردار باشد. در بخش کمی نتایج نشان داد که از نظر اساتید و دانشجویان وضعیت محتوای برنامه درسی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان برای تربیت‌معلمان فناور چندان مطلوب نیست.

The Study of Current and Desired Curriculum Content for Educating Technologyoriented Teachers from Viewpoints of Experts, Faculty Members and University Students

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of the curriculum content for training technologyoriented teachers. In this study, efforts have been made to study and compare the gap between the current and the desired situation in order to provide practical suggestions for improving the curriculum of Teacher Training University. Mixedmethods research with exploratory design was used to conduct the research. In the qualitative section, the data was collected through a semistructured interview with faculty members, using a purposive sampling method in order to determine the desired situation. In the quantitative section, the questionnaires were distributed among 249 faculty members and 359 university students. The results of the qualitative section indicated that the desired content for technologyoriented teachers should include five features, including mixed content design, flexibility, consistency with the goals, technological approach governing the content, and practicability. In the quantitative section of the research, however, the results showed that from faculty members and students’ point of view, the status of the curriculum content at Teacher Training University is not suitable for educating technologyoriented teachers.
