سنجش آثار برنامه درسی غیررسمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در تحقق رسالت تربیت معلم

هدف این مقاله بررسی این پرسش بود که آیا برنامه‌های درسی غیررسمی به عنوان یکی از بخش‌های اصلی برنامه‌های درسی دانشگاه، از نگاه دانشجویان در تربیت و آماده‌سازی نیروی انسانی برای اجرای سند برنامه درسی ملی در بخش «حوزه یادگیری فرهنگ و هنر»، موفق بوده است یا خیر؟ جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود و با روش‌های اسنادی و مشاهده مشارکتی (مشارکت‌کننده در نقش مشاهده‌گر) و مصاحبه (روش هدایت کلیات) انجام شد. در مصاحبه، 35 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه و 5 نفر از مدیران فرهنگی دانشگاه، با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. مصاحبه‌ها با روش نظام‌دار منسوب به استراوس و کوربین در 4 سطح مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. در جریان تحلیل، 695 مفهوم پدیدار شد که ذیل 12 مقوله و در 3 عنوان کلی چیدمان یافتند. جهت تامین اعتبار داده‌ها از معیارهای چهارگانه گابا و لینکلن استفاده شد که از چهار معیار باورپذیری، انتقال‌پذیری، اطمینان‌پذیری و تاییدپذیری در پژوهش کیفی نام می‌برند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند برنامه‌درسی غیررسمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان، با کارکردهای مورد انتظار، هم‌سو بوده و دانشجومعلمان فعال در این برنامه‌ها، توانمندی لازم برای تحقق کارکردهای یادشده را به شیوه‌های محسوس و نامحسوس یا مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، دریافت و تجربه می‌کنند.

A Study of the Effects of Informal Curriculum of Teacher Training University on Realization of Educational Goals

the present article aims to answer the following question: What success level was obtained by unofficial curricula of Teacher Training University from students’ viewpoint, for training the required manpower to implement the national curriculum document in the realms of arts and culture? The statistical population of this article included all the students of Teacher Training University, and the methods used were "documentary research", "participant observation" (participant as observer) and "interview" (the General Interview Guide). 35 students and 5 cultural managers were selected for interview through purposeful sampling. Interviews were analyzed via Strauss and Corbin’s grounded theory. In the course of our analysis, 695 issues emerged, which were arranged in 12 categories and under 3 main headings. To establish data trustworthiness, Lincoln and Guba’s fourfold criteria for a qualitative research were used: "credibility", "transferability", "dependability", and "conformability". The findings show that University’s informal curricula have been successful in training the qualified manpower for furthering the intended objectives in the realms of arts and culture. Teachers and students, who took active part in these programs, achieved the required skills in both direct and indirect ways.
