بررسی اثر عصاره هگزانی گیاه دارویی درمنه کوهی (.artemisia aucheri boiss) بر ویژگی‌های تخمیری، فراسنجه‌های تولید گاز و تجزیه‌پذیری در شرایط آزمایشگاهی

درمنه کوهی (.artemisia aucheri boiss) گیاهی دارویی متعلق به خانواده asteraceae بوده که اثرهای ضد میکروبی آن به فراوانی بررسی شده است. اطلاعات محدودی در مورد اثر عصاره هگزانی این گیاه بر شرایط تخمیر ایجاد شده توسط میکروارگانیسم‌های شکمبه‌ای (باکتری‌ها، قارچ‌ها و پروتوزوآ) وجود دارد. ازاین‌رو، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عصاره هگزانی استخراج شده از درمنه کوهی با سوکسله (در چهار سطح صفر (شاهد)، 150، 300 و 450 میلی‌گرم/لیتر) بر ویژگی‌های تخمیری، فراسنجه‌های تولید گاز و قابلیت هضم آزمایشگاهی یک جیره تهیه شده برای بره‌های پرواری در شرایط آزمایشگاهی انجام شد. با افزایش سطح عصاره به محیط کشت، ph و اسیدهای چرب فرّار کل (tvfa) نسبت به تیمار شاهد (به‌صورت خطی) به‌ترتیب کاهش و افزایش یافتند. بیشترین مقدار فراسنجه‌های تولید گاز (قابلیت تولید گاز، تولید تجمعی گاز در زمان‌های 48 و 72 ساعت) و کمترین مقدار ثابت میزان تولید گاز (cgas)، ضریب تفکیک‌پذیری و بازده سنتز توده‌ میکروبی نیز در سطح 450 میلی‌گرم/لیتر عصاره مشاهده شد. با توجه به نتایج موجود، به‌نظر می‌رسد که عصاره هگزانی درمنه کوهی تا حدودی توانسته است شرایط تخمیر را در محیط کشت به‌ویژه با افزایش tvfa به‌عنوان مهمترین منبع تولید انرژی در نشخوارکنندگان بهبود بخشد.

Effects of hexane extract of medicinal plant Artemisia aucheri Boiss. on fermentation characteristics, gas production parameters, and degradability under in vitro conditions

Artemisia aucheri Boiss. is a medicinal herb belonging to the Asteraceae family which its antimicrobial effects have been extensively investigated. There is limited information on the effect of hexane extract of this plant on fermentation conditions caused by ruminal microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, and protozoa); therefore, this research aimed to investigate the effect of hexane extract of Artemisia aucheri Boiss. prepared by soxhlet [0 (control), 150, 300 and 450 mgl1 on fermentation characteristics, gas production parameters and degradability of a diet supplied for fattening lambs under in vitro conditions. By increasing the amount of extract to the culture media, pH and total volatile fatty acids (TVFA) decreased and increased respectively when compared to the control treatment (linearly). The highest amount of gas production parameters (potential gas production, cumulative gas production after 48 and 72 h), and the lowest constant rate of gas production (cgas), partitioning factor (PF) and efficiency of microbial mass synthesis were observed at 450 mgl1 of the extract. According to the results, it seems that hexane extract of Artemisia aucheri Boiss. has somewhat improved the fermentation conditions in the culture media, especially by the increase of TVFA as the most important source of energy production in ruminants.
