چکیده
|
گونه گیاهی مینای پرکپه (schultzbip subsp. polycephalum tanacetum polycephalum) دراوایل خردادماه 1380 از دره لار لاسم جمع‌آوری گردیده و از 88گرم گل خشک آن به روش تقطیر با آب اسانس‌گیری به‌عمل آمد (وزن اسانس حاصل معادل0.65گرم و بازده اسانس‌گیری 0.7%تعیین گردید). پس ازتزریق این اسانس به دستگاه‌های gcfidوgc/msتعداد30ترکیب مورد شناسائی کمی وکیفی قرار گرفتند که درمیان آنها پنج ترکیب کامفر(46.3%)، بورنئول (15.0%)، 1و8سینئول (9.0%)، کامفن(7.9%) وایزوبورنیل استات (4.9%)، حائز بالاترین درصد می‌باشند.

Abstract
|
The genus of Tanacetum polycephalum SchultzBip. Represents 7 species in Iran, one of the more distributed species is Tanacetum polycephalum SchultzBip subsp. polycephalum. The plant was collected from LarLacem valley in Jun.2001 and 88 grams of it,s dry flowers was hydrodistilled for 3 hours to produce an oil at the yield of 0.7%(based on dry weight). The sample were analyzed by a combination of capillary GC and GC/MS. Therty components were identified that approximately constituent more than 98.4 % of the oil. The main constituents of the essential oil were camphor (46.3%), borneol (15.0%), 1,8cineole (9.0%), camphene (7.9%) and isobornyl acetate (4.9%) were the major constituents respectively.
