بررسی خواص ضد میکروبی عصاره بخشهای گیاه گزنه دوپایه (urtica dioic l.)

در این پژوهش خواص ضد میکروبی عصاره‌های اتانلی 80% و آبی گیاه گزنه دوپایه  urtica dioica 4 باکتری و یک قارچ آلوده‌کننده محیط ‌های کشت و بیماریزای انسانی با استفاده از روشهای متداول میکروبیولوژی و با بکارگیری محیط‌های کشت مولر هینتون آگار و سابرودکستروز آگار با روش ایجاد چاهک و روش تمام ظرف و سنجش قطر هاله عدم رشد انجام شد. عصاره‌های اتانلی 80% بخشهای مختلف این گیاه بر باکتریهای pseudomonas aeruginosa  bacillus subtilis, staphylococcus aureus, e. coli و قارچ candida albicans دارای اثر میکروب‌کشی بودند. در میان عصاره‌ها،‌عصاره بذر گزنه دارای بیشترین اثر ضد باکتریایی بر روی باکتریهای گرم مثبت بود ، عصاره برگ گیاه مذکور بر باکتریهای گرم منفی  دارای بیشترین تاثیر بازدارندگی بود و بالاخره عصاره گل گزنه دارای بیشترین خاصیت ضد قارچی بود. عصاره‌های آبی بخشهای مختلف گیاه گزنه بر روی بازدارندگی رشد همه میکروارگانیسم‌های فوق به جز پسودوموناس آئروژینوزا تاثیر مثبت داشت.

The study of Antimicrobial effects of urtica dioica’s extract.

In this study antimicrobial properties of aquatic and ethanolic extract of urtica dioica were tested.The antimicrobial properties of aquatic and ethanolic extracts (80%) of this plant were studied on four species of bacteria (Pseudomonas. aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Staphilococcus aureus, E.coli and a fungus (Candida albicans) using routine methods appling the MullerHinton Agar, Sabourou Dextrose Agar and pour plate   method, measuring the diameter of  inhibitory zone . The Ethanolic extract(80%) of plant showed antimicrobial effect on Pseudomonas. a, Bacillus subtilis, Staphilococcus aureus, E. coli, Candida albicans, among them urtica’s seed extract had the most effect on gram –positive bacteria , urtica, s leaf had the most effect on gramnegative bacteria and urtica’s flower had the most fungicidal property.All the aquatic extracts of plant showed antimirobial effect on extracts thses microorganisms except Pseudomonas.a
