چکیده
|
به منظور بررسی ترکیبهای اسانس گیاهcentaurea behen l., سرشاخه های گیاه از منطقه بومهن (سال 1382) در استان تهران جمع آوری گردید وپس از خشک شدن در دمای محیط با روش تقطیر با آب اسانس گیری شد (clevenger). اسانس به صورت یک لایه روغنی زرد روشن با بازده 0.5% بدست آمد . ترکیبهای موجود در اسانس با دستگاه کروماتوگراف گازی (gc) و گاز کروماتوگراف متصل شده با طیف سنج جرمی (gc/ms) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. از میان 21 ترکیب شناسایی شده که 91% اسانس را تشکیل می دهد به ترتیب (β -caryophyllene (%40.3) , β -sesquiphellandrene (%18.4 %) وcaryophyllene oxide (%9.9 بیشترین میزان را به خود اختصاص می دهند .

Abstract
|
Centaurea behen L. is a member of compositae, distributed in different region of Iran , and used as a medicinal plant. Hydrodistilled volatile oil from the aerial parts of this plant was obtained at yield of 0.5% w/w based on dry weight of plant. Centaurea behen was collected from Tehran province (Bomehen) and the oil was analysed by a combination of GC and GC/MS methods. Twentyone compounds were identified that constitute 91% of the oil. The main constituents of the essential oil were βcaryophyllene (40.3%) , βsesquiphellandrene (18.4%), and caryophyllene oxide (9.9%) .
