تدوین و آزمون مدل ظرفیت مدارس برای مشارکت والدین

این پژوهش با هدف تدوین و آزمون مدل ظرفیت مدارس برای مشارکت والدین در مدارس ابتدایی صورت گرفته است. پژوهش بر حسب هدف توسعه‌ای و براساس شیوه گرد‌آوری داده‌ها همبستگی و از نوع مدل معادله ساختاری است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه والدین دوره اول و دوم ابتدایی مدارس شهرستان پاوه بودند که از این تعداد 291 نفر با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از میان مدارس ابتدایی شهر پاوه به عنوان نمونه مورد بررسی انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به وسیله پرسشنامه‌‌ای براساس چارچوب استراتژی‌های برای مشارکت والدین در مدرسه هور- دمپسی و همکاران(2005) با 36 سوال طراحی ‌گردید. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 97/. بدست آمد. جهت آزمون مدل در بخش اول از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی از روش تحلیل مولفه‌های اصلی با چرخش واریماکس و سه شاخص ارزش ویژه؛ نسبت واریانس تبیین شده توسط هر عامل و نمودار ارزش‌های ویژه (سنگ ریزه) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل ظرفیت مدارس برای مشارکت والدین شامل 5 بعد جو خوشامدگو و باز، توانمندسازی معلمان برای مشارکت، ساختارهای خانواده - معلم – والدین و فرصت‌های مشارکت و رویدادهای مشارکت مورد تائید است. شاخص‌های برازش نیز نشان از مطلوبیت مدل داشت. این مدل قابلیت استفاده در سنجش ظرفیت مدارس ابتدایی برای مشارکت والدین در تحقیقات مرتبط با موضوع را دارد و می‌تواند ابزار مناسبی برای سنجش ظرفیت مدارس برای مشارکت والدین باشد.

Developing and testing a school capacity model for parental participation

The purpose of this study was to develop and test a school capacity model for parental participation in primary schools. The research is based on a developmental purpose and based on a correlational data collection method and is a structural equation model. The statistical population consisted of all parents of the first and second elementary schools of Paveh city. Data collection was designed using a 36-item questionnaire based on strategies for parental participation in school of Hoor-Dempsey et al (2005). The reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach’s alpha was ./97 obtained. In order to test the model in the first part, exploratory factor analysis was performed using principal component analysis with varimax rotation. To determine the number of main factors, variance ratio explained by each factor, and Special value (gravel) were used. In the second stage, confirmatory factor analysis was used. The results showed that the school capacity model for parental involvement includes 5 dimensions of welcoming and open atmosphere, teacher empowerment for participation, family-teacher-parent structures and participation opportunities and participation events. Fit indices also showed the utility of the model. This model is capable of measuring primary school capacity for parental participation in related research and can be a useful tool for assessing school capacity for parental participation.
