ارائه الگوی بومی رهبری مراقبتی مدیران مدارس

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی بومی رهبری مراقبتی مدیران مدارس مقطع متوسطه انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی و با تاکید بر مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران، دبیران مدارس دوره متوسطه آموزش و پرورش شهر سنندج در سال تحصیلی 971396 (2477 نفر) بودند که برای اعتبار یابی الگو، با استفاده از فرمول نمونه‌گیری کوکران 350 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شد. ابزار مورد استفاده مقیاس محقق‌ساخته براساس شبکه مضامین بخش کیفی پژوهش بود، که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ آن‌ 92/0 به دست آمد و روایی صوری و محتوایی آن‌ با استفاده از نظر متخصصان تایید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با تحلیل عاملی تاییدی برای تعیین اعتبار الگو به کمک دو نرم‌افزار spss و amos انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مدل تدوین شده رهبری مراقبتی مدیران مدارس از شاخص‌های برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است و همه مولفه‌های مدل ارائه شده دارای روایی سازه است.

Provideing a Native Pattern of Caring Leadership for School Principals

The present study was conducted to present the indigenous model of care for high school principals. The research method was descriptivesurvey with emphasis on structural equations. The statistical population of the study included all principals, teachers of secondary schools in Sanandaj in the academic year 139697 (2477 people). To validate the model, 350 people were selected using Cochran’s sampling formula by cluster random sampling method. The instrument used was the researchermade scale scale based on the network of qualitative research topics. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0. 92. Formal validity and its content were confirmed by experts. Data analysis was performed by confirmatory factor analysis to determine the validity of the model using SPSS and AMOS software. The research results showed: The developed model of care for school principals has good fitness characteristics and all the components of the proposed model have structural validity.
