آسیب شناسی عوامل موثر در پرورش شایستگی های شهروندی دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه

پژوهش حاضر با هدف احصاء و استخراج تهدیدها و شناسایی نقاط ضعف مرتبط با برنامه تربیت شهروندی در مدارس انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی بوده و به روش کیفی انجام شده است. در این پژوهش اطلاعات حاصل از مصاحبه با تکنیک تحلیل محتوا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در این تکنیک، داده های خام حاصل از پیام های گفتاری بر اساس استنباط صورت گرفته، معنا سازی و مقوله بندی گردید. مشارکت کنندگان نیز به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند از میان متخصصین تعلیم و تربیت در دو حوزه آموزش عالی و آموزش و پرورش انتخاب و تا رسیدن به اشباع داده ها انجام شد. این مطالعه با مشارکت 15 صاحب نظر انجام گردید. انتخاب مشارکت کنندگان با حداکثر تنوع سبب شد که اعتبار داده ها افزایش یابد. آسیب های شناسایی شده در 6 گروه اساسی اعم از موانع ناشی از نظام سیاستگذاری، گسیختگی و نابسامانی نظام برنامه ای، مدیریت ناکارآمد مدارس، مدیریت و جریان غیر اثربخش کلاس درس، فرهنگ ضعیف مدرسه و تسری اصل این همانی در مدارس بازتولید در حلقه معیوب-(از کوزه همان برون تراود که در اوست) طبقه بندی شد.

pathology of factors influencing the development of citizenship competency of high school students

the present study was titled &pathology of factors affecting the education of citizenship competencies of high school students& with the aim of inventing and extracting threats and identifying the weaknesses associated with citizenship education in schools. this research is descriptive and qualitative. in this research, the data from the interview were analyzed using content analysis technique. in this technique, raw data derived from speech messages based on inference, meaning, and categorization. the participants were selected through targeted sampling among education specialists in the two areas of higher education and education, and until data saturation was achieved. this study was conducted with the participation of 15 experts. choosing contributors with the widest variety has increased the credibility of the data. injuries identified in six main groups, including barriers due to the policy framework, the system failure, school failure, inefficient classroom management, poor school culture, and the principle of this principle in schoolsreproduction in a faulty loop (from the same jug that is in it)key words: injuries, education, citizenship, secondary schools
