مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری رابطه اثربخشی فعالیت های قبل ، ضمن و پس از تدریس با بهبود دوره های آموزشی

این پژوهش به منظور مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری رابطه اثر بخشی فعالیت های قبل ، ضمن و پس از تدریس با بهبود دوره های آموزشی شرکت گاز استان هرمزگان انجام شد. روش تحقیق کمی و کیفی(آمیخته) و از نوع پژوهش همبستگی بود.جامعه آماری شامل 212 نفر کارکنان شرکت ملی گاز استان هرمزگان بود. که از این جامعه نمونه ای با حجم 140 نفر بر حسب جدول مورگان به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد و برای استاندارد سازی پرسشنامه از روش های روایی محتوایی،صوری،سازه و همگرا استفاده شد، و برای تعیین پایایی آن از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش آماری t تک نمونه ای و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی که جزئی از معادلات ساختاری است، صورت گرفت،برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار آماریspss و amos استفاده شد، یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که فعالیت های قبل ، ضمن و پس از تدریس در دوره های آموزشی اثر بخش بوده و مدل ساختاری از برازش مطلوب برخوردار بود و اثر بخشی فعالیت های قبل از تدریس ، ضمن تدریس و پس از تدریس با بهبود دوره های آموزشی رابطه معنی داری داشتند

structural equation modeling the relationship between the effectiveness of activities before, after and after teaching with improvement of training courses

the purpose of this study was to model the structural equation of the relationship between the effectiveness of the activities before, during and after teaching with the improvement of training courses in hormozgan gas company. the research method was quantitative and qualitative (mixed) and the research was correlational. the statistical population consisted of 212 employees of the national gas company of hormozgan province. a sample of 140 people was selected using the morgan table and simple random sampling method was used, a researchermade questionnaire was used to measure the variables in the research, the content, form, construct and convergent content validity methods were used to standardize the questionnaire, the cronbach’s alpha test was used to determine of reliability, data analysis was performed using the statistical method of confirmatory factor analysis, which is part of the structural equation, data were analyzed using spss and amos software, the findings showed that activities before, during and after teaching in educational programs were effective and the structural model had a favorable fit. and the effectiveness of preteaching activities, during the teaching and after teaching, had a meaningful relationship with the improvement of educational courses
