ارزیابی الگوهای اراضی شهری با تاکید بر توسعۀ میان‌افزا در شهر اردبیل

هجوم جمعیت مهاجر به شهرهای بزرگ و لزوم پاسخگویی به نیازهای جمعیت شهرنشین منجر به گسترش شهر به سمت پیرامون آن و تهدید حریم و محدوده شهر شده که نتیجۀ آن از بین رفتن اکوسیستم طبیعی اطراف شهرها است. این در حالی است که زمین‌های زیادی در درون شهرها از روند توسعه باز مانده و موجب ناکارآمدی نواحی مرکزی شهرها شده‌اند. از این رو هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی و ارزیابی توسعۀ میان‌افزا در اراضی شهری در شهر اردبیل است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی تحلیلی در توسعه میان‌افزا در شهر اردبیل و با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های آماری – فضایی به این موضوع پرداخته است. نوع تحقیق توصیفی – تحلیلی می‌باشد. روش‌شناسی این تحقیق مبتنی بر رویکرهای کمی – فضایی است. روش تحقیق به کار گرفته شده در این تحقیق ترکیبی از روش‌های اسنادی – کتابخانه‌ای است. در بخش تحلیلی با در نظر گرفتن شاخص‌ها و ملاحظات توسعه میان‌افزا در قالب 10 شاخص هدف، به‌صورت موردی به بررسی و امکان‌سنجی توسعۀ میان‌افزا در شهر اردبیل پرداخته شده است. در پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور ارزیابی الگوهای اراضی شهری با تاکید بر توسعۀ میان‌افزا در شهر اردبیل از نرم‌افزار سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (gis) و تحلیل توابع همپوشانی (overlay) از نوع همپوشانی وزن‌دار (weighted overlay) و anp بهره‌گیری شده است. نتایج حاصل از بررسی الگوی اراضی شهری بر مبنای شاخص‌های توسعۀ میان‌افزا نشان می‌دهد که منطقۀ یک شهر اردبیل به دلیل بافت فرسوده و منطقۀ چهار اردبیل به علت استقرار محلات فرودست که غالباً بافت آنها فرسوده و مصالح آنها کم‌دوام می‌باشند دارای بیشترین پتانسیل برای توسعۀ میان‌افزا می‌باشند. همچنین اعمال سیاست‌های توسعه میان‌افزا می‌تواند جهت جلوگیری از هدررفت زمین، انتظام فضایی و نوسازی بافت‌های قدیمی و غیررسمی شهری در اختیار برنامه‌ریزان شهری قرار گیرد.

the influx of immigrant populations into large cities and the need to meet the needs of the urban population have guided urban sprawl toward the periphery of cities at the risk of threatening the privacy and boundaries of the city, thereby leading to the destruction of the natural ecosystem in the vicinity of cities. this is while many lands within the cities have fallen behind the development process, contributing to the inefficiency of the central areas of the cities. therefore, the main goal of the present study is to investigate and evaluate the development of urban areas in ardabil. this study explores this issue with an analytical approach to the development of urban areas in ardabil using statistical-spatial methods. this is a descriptive-analytical study that adopts a quantitative-spatial approach. the research method employed in this study combines document analysis and library research. in the analytical section, by considering the indicators of development in urban areas in terms of 10 target indicators, the feasibility of development in urban areas of ardabil is examined and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. in the present study, to evaluate urban land patterns with emphasis on incremental development in ardabil city, geographic information system (gis) software and overlay function analysis of weighted overlay and anp types have been used. the results suggest that district 1 of ardabil city, due to its worn-out texture and district 4 of ardabil due to its impoverished neighborhoods with worn-out texture and poorly-constructed buildings, have the greatest potential for incremental development. also, the application of incremental development policies by urban planners can help hinder land waste, spatial regulation, and renovation of old and informal urban textures.
