تبیین الگوی گردشگری با محوریت توسعۀ منطقه‌ای (مورد مطالعه: شهر ساری )

یکی از توان‌های مهم هر منطقه، می‌تواند گردشگری در آن باشد. حفاظت و توسعۀ گردشگری سایت‌های میراث جهانی (wh) همیشه یک مسئلۀ علمی کلیدی و فوری بوده است. کشور ما به لطف وجود مواهب طبیعی و پیشینۀ تاریخی دارای ظرفیت گردشگری بالایی است که در این میان، یکی از پرجاذبه‌ترین آنها شهر ساری به‌عنوان مرکز استان مازندران با اقلیم معتدل خزری به شمار می‌رود. شهرستان ساری سرشار از جاذبه‌های طبیعی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی و ورزشی بوده است؛ اما متاسفانه چندان که شایسته است گردشگری در این ناحیه رشد نکرده است. این پژوهش بر آن است تا با هدایت توسعه و بهره‌گیری از توان‌های موجود در منطقه که بارزترین آن در استان مازندران و شهر ساری توان‌های گردشگری است، به تعادل و توازن منطقه‌ای در این استان و ارتقاء توان‌های شهر ساری دست یابد. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ روش، توصیفی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است. جامعۀ آماری، خبرگان و متخصصان در زمینۀ گردشگری در شهر ساری بوده که 45 خبره از میان جامعه با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر، پرسش‌نامه بوده است که میان 45 نفر از متخصصان و خبرگان در زمینۀ گردشگری توزیع شده است. برای تحلیل اطلاعات از روش دیمتل فازی[1] استفاده شده و یافته‌ها نشان داده است که میزان تاثیرگذاری شاخص «اقلیم» بر بهبود گردشگری شهر ساری با محوریت توسعۀ منطقه‌ای نسبت به سایر شاخص‌ها بیشتر است و شاخص «جهانی‌شدن و رقابت» در مرحلۀ بعدی قرار دارد. همچنین، میزان تاثیرپذیری شاخص «اتصال به فنّاوری نوین جهانی (اینترنت)» نیز از سایر شاخص‌ها بیشتر است. درنهایت نیز برای گردشگری شهر ساری با محوریت توسعۀ منطقه‌ای، الگویی طراحی شده است. 

exploring the tourism model with an emphasis on regional development (case study: sari city)

one of the main potentials of any region is tourism. the preservation and development of tourism at world heritage (wh) sites has always been a key issue. iran, thanks to its natural resources and historical background, has tremendous tourism potential. the city of sari, the capital of mazandaran province with its moderate caspian climate, is one of the most attractive tourist destinations. sari county has many natural, cultural, economic, social, and sports attractions; however, scant attention has been paid to the development of tourism in this area. this research aims to achieve regional balance and promote the capabilities of sari by managing development and utilizing the existing potentials in the region, the most prominent of which is tourism in mazandaran province and the city of sari. in this applied research, a descriptive methodology has been adopted. the statistical population consists of experts and specialists in the field of tourism in sari city, of whom 45 were selected through purposive cluster sampling. the main data collection instrument was a questionnaire distributed among 45 tourism specialists and experts. the fuzzy dematel method was used for data analysis. the findings showed that the climate index has the greatest impact on improving tourism in sari with an emphasis on regional development, followed by the globalization and competition index. additionally, the effect of the link to modern global technology (internet) index is also greater than that of other indices. finally, a model is designed for tourism in sari with a focus on regional development.
