سنجش جدایی‌گزینی فضایی-اقتصادی و ارتباط آن با ساختار فضایی شهر (مطالعۀ موردی: کلان‌شهر تهران)

یکی از زمینه‌های بروز پدیدۀ جدایی‌گزینی در سطح شهرها، تمایزهای اقتصادی است که در اثر تخصیص ناعادلانۀ منابع، فرصت‌ها و خدمات شکل می‌گیرد. جدایی‌گزینی شهری، مانعی بزرگ برای تحقق شهری فراگیر، منسجم و یک‌پارچه است. پیامدهای مرتبط با جدایی‌گزینی فضایی نه‌تنها متوجه خانواده‌های ضعیف می‌شود؛ بلکه همۀ شهروندان و ساختار فضایی شهرها را تحت تاثیر قرار خواهد داد. ازاین‌رو، مطالعۀ ارتباط بین جدایی‌گزینی و ساختار فضایی شهر از اقداماتی است که باعث دستیابی به مدیریت شهری کارآمد و حکم‌روایی مطلوب شهری می‌شود. بنابراین، هدف اصلی این پژوهش، سنجش جدایی‌گزینی فضایی-اقتصادی کلان‌شهر تهران است. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روش، توصیفی–تحلیلی است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از شکل‌گیری الگوی متمرکز ساختار فضایی و جداشدگی متوسط تا شدید برخورداری از شاخص‌های اقتصادی در مناطق شهر تهران است، به‌نحوی‌که میزان z-score توزیع فضایی شاخص‌ها بیشتر از مقدار 1.65 و میزان آنتروپی و جداشدگی فضایی شاخص‌ها اغلب بیشتر از 0.6 است. همچنین، نتایج نشان می‌دهد که بیشترین میزان ضریب رگرسیونی بین آنتروپی جمعیت و توزیع فضایی شاخص‌های اقتصادی مربوط به مناطق شمالی و مرکزی شهر تهران و کمترین میزان این ضریب مربوط به مناطق جنوب شرقی و جنوب شهر است و بین توزیع فضایی جمعیت و شاخص‌های اقتصادی در کلان‌شهر تهران روندی شمالی–جنوبی و شرقی–غربی برقرار است که باعث نوعی جدایی‌گزینی فضایی و تمرکزگرایی در دو محور مرکزی و شمالی شهر شده است. ازاین‌رو، ارزیابی روند جدایی‌گزینی فضایی-اقتصادی کلان‌شهر تهران طی سال‌های آتی و شناسایی سایر عوامل زمینه‌ای دیگر که به‌نوعی نقش به‌سزایی در جدایی‌گزینی اقتصادی این شهر دارند، به‌عنوان راهبردهای کلیدی تبیین و تحلیل جدایی‌گزینی فضایی کلان‌شهر تهران مطرح می‌شوند.

measuring spatial-economic segregation and its relationship with the spatial structure of the city (case study: tehran metropolis)

one of the areas that lay a fertile ground for segregation in cities is economic distinctions created due to the unequal allocation of resources, opportunities, and services. urban segregation poses a major obstacle to the realization of an inclusive, coherent, and integrated city. the consequences of spatial segregation not only affect poor families but also influence all citizens and the spatial structure of cities. therefore, studying the relationship between segregation and the spatial structure of the city is one of the measures that will contribute to efficient urban management and desirable urban governance. hence, the main goal of this research is to measure the spatial-economic segregation of the tehran metropolis. this is an applied study that adopts a descriptive-analytical method. the results suggest the formation of a concentrated pattern of spatial structure and moderate-to-severe segregation of economic indicators in the different regions of tehran, so that the z-score of the spatial distribution of the indicators is above 1.65 and the entropy and spatial segregation of the indicators are usually over 0.6. also, the results show that the highest regression coefficient between population entropy and spatial distribution of economic indicators is found in the northern and central regions of tehran, and the lowest coefficient is seen in southeastern and southern regions of the city. there is a north-south and east-west trend between the spatial distribution of population and economic indicators in the tehran metropolis, which has given rise to a kind of spatial segregation and centralization in the two central and northern axes of the city. therefore, evaluating the trend of spatial-economic segregation of the tehran metropolis in the coming years and identifying other background factors that play a significant role in the economic segregation of this city are proposed as key strategies for explaining and analyzing the spatial segregation of the tehran metropolis.
