بررسی عوامل موثر بر ارتقای کیفیت سکونت در روستاشهرهای واقع در حریم کلان‌شهرها ( مطالعۀ موردی: روستاشهر گویم –شیراز)

روستا در شهر، یکی از پدیده‌های منحصربه‌فرد حاصل از شهرنشینی سریع است. روستاشهرها به دلیل وجود تضادهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی، کالبدی، محیط زیستی و غیره‌ای که با شهر دارند، آشفته به نظر می‌رسند، اما حاوی زندگی اجتماعی غنی و بااصالتی هستند؛ به همین دلیل حفظ و افزایش کیفیت در این‌گونه بافت‌های شهری از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. در این راستا، هدف این مقاله بررسی عوامل موثر بر ارتقای کیفیت سکونت در روستاشهر گویم کلان‌شهر شیراز بود. در این پژوهش، کیفیت سکونتگاه از طریق پنج شاخص اجتماعی، اقتصادی، ‌محیط‌زیستی، کالبدی-فضایی و نهادی بررسی شده است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی-تحلیلی و با رویکرد کمی-کیفی بود. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به شیوه‌ کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی صورت پذیرفت. جامعه‌ آماری متشکل از شهروندان روستاشهر گویم بود که 384 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری دوجمله‌ای، فریدمن، پیرسون و رگرسیون، داده‌های حاصل از پرسش‌نامه تحلیل شد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که سطح میانگین تمامی شاخص‌ها کمتر از حد متوسط آزمون بود و درنتیجه ضعیف ارزیابی ‌شد. همچنین نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که تمامی شاخص‌ها دارای تاثیرگذاری درخور‌توجهی در بهبود کیفیت محله گویم بودند. میزان تاثیرگذاری برابر با 3/96 محاسبه ‌شد. در این زمینه شاخص رفاه اقتصادی با مقدار بتا برابر با 948/0 بیشترین تاثیرگذاری را بر بهبود وضع موجود محله گویم شهر شیراز داشته است. در راستای عوامل موثر بر ارتقای کیفیت سکونت در روستاشهر نیز نتایج نشان داد که 19 عامل تاثیرگذارند که از مهم‌ترین این عوامل بهبود معابر و دسترسی‌های محله با میانگین 05/13 بود؛ بنابراین برای بهبود شرایط اقتصادی، حمایت‌های لازم از لحاظ مدیریتی، اعتباری و... از شهروندان برای رونق اقتصادی محله پیشنهاد می‌شود. همچنین طرح بازنگری و اصلاح معابر از لحاظ کمیت و کیفیت و همچنین انجام طرح‌های نوسازی براساس اولویت‌های بیان‌شده توصیه می‌شود.

investigating the factors influencing on improving the quality of life in urban villages located in the boundaries of metropolitan cities (case study: gouyom village - shiraz)

the village in the city is one of the unique phenomena resulting from rapid urbanization. although urban villages seem to be chaotic due to the economic, social, physical, environmental and other conflicts they have with the city, they contain a rich and original social life, and for this reason, it is important to maintain and increase the quality of such urban contexts. in this regard, the aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the improvement of the quality of life in gouyom village of shiraz metropolis. the data was collected through library resources and field method. the statistical population consists of the citizens of gouyom village, among of whom 384 were selected as the sample members. using binomial, friedman, pearson and regression statistical tests, the data from the questionnaire were analyzed. the results indicated that the average level of all indicators is lower than the average level of the test and as a result, they are evaluated as weak. moreover, the regression results showed that all indicators have a significant impact on improving the quality of gouyom village. the influence rate was calculated to be 3.96. the economic welfare index with a beta value of 0.948 has had the greatest impact on improving the current situation of gouyom in shiraz. in line with the factors affecting the improvement of the quality of living in urban village, the results showed that 19 factors are influential, the most important of which is the improvement of roads and accesses in the neighborhood with an average of 13.05. therefore, in order to improve the economic conditions, the necessary support in terms of management, credit, etc. is suggested to the citizens.
