فراتحلیل آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی در ایران (در بازۀ 1380 تا 1400)

در چند دهه‌ اخیر حقوق شهروندی به یکی از پیچیده ترین مسائل سیاسی و اجتماعی تبدیل شده و توجه متفکران و سیاست‌مداران زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. در موضوع آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی و عوامل آن، تحقیقات متعدد با نتایج متفاوت در ایران انجام گرفته است که ترکیب و جمع بندی نتایج مربوط، ما را به درک روشن تری از این واقعیت پراهمیت رهنمون خواهد کرد. فراتحلیل حاضر با هدف شناسایی نقاط افتراق و اشتراک تحقیقات این حوزه و شناسایی مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر بر آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی در ایران انجام شد. جمعیت آماری این تحقیق همه مقالات معتبر علمی بودند که در سال های 1380 تا 1400 با موضوع آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی و عوامل آن منتشر شدند. ملاک انتخاب مقالات برای فراتحلیل، اندازه اثر عوامل بر آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی بود که درنهایت به انتخاب 22 مقاله معتبر انجامید. نتایج فراتحلیل نشان می دهد، اول اینکه آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی در ایران در حد متوسط است؛ دوم اینکه از میان عوامل متعدد، مشارکت اجتماعی، پایگاه اقتصادی-اجتماعی و مصرف رسانه ای در مقایسه با سایر عوامل، تاثیر بیشتری بر آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی در ایران داشته‌اند؛ سوم اینکه تحلیل اندازه اثر نشان می دهد که اثر معنادار مشارکت اجتماعی، پایگاه اقتصادی-اجتماعی مصرف رسانه ای بر آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی به ترتیب برابر 0.32، 0.27 و 0.26 بوده است. با توجه به تاثیر این متغیرها بر آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی می توان پیشنهاد‌هایی مثل معرفی تشکل ها، انجمن ها سمن‌ها، سازمان‌های غیردولتی و... در زمینه های مختلف به شهروندان و تشریح فعالیت‌های مختلف آنان برای افزایش میزان حضور در عرصه های عمومی، استفاده از ظرفیت های سازمان صداوسیما برای تولید برنامه‌هایی با موضوع شهروندی و فراهم آوردن زمینه‌ مناسب برای مطالبه‌ حقوق شهروندی از طریق برنامه‌های تلویزیونی، پیامکی و سامانه اینترنتی ارائه کرد.

meta-analysis of awareness of citizenship rights in iran (2001-2021 period)

citizenship rights in recent years has become one of the most complicated socio-political issues, attracting the attention of many thinkers and politicians. several studies have been conducted in iran on in this regard. meta-analysis aimed to identify points of differences and similarities of research in this field and identify the most important factors influencing the awareness of citizenship rights in iran. population of the study consisted the scientific papers on awareness of citizenship rights published between 2001 and 2021. twenty-two papers were selected and analyzed using comprehensive meta-analysis software. the results showed that awareness of citizenship rights in iran is average. moreover, of numerous factors, such factors as social participation, socio-economic status, and media consumption have had greater impact on awareness of citizenship rights in iran. finally, the effect size analysis showed that significant impact of social participation, socio-economic status and media consumption on awareness of citizenship rights were 0.32, 0.27, and 0.26 respectively. considering the impact of these variables on the awareness of citizenship rights, the following suggestions can be offered: introducing organizations, associations, and non-governmental organizations in different fields to citizens, and explaining their various activities for increasing people’s participation; using the capabilities of irib to make programs on the subject matter of citizenship; and providing a suitable ground for demanding citizenship rights through television programs, text messages, and the internet.
