نقش توسعۀ گردشگری در تحولات کالبدی سکونتگاه‌های روستایی (مطالعۀ موردی: روستای زیارت، شهرستان گرگان)

گردشگری در نواحی روستایی می‌تواند نقشی تاثیرگذار در همه ابعاد روستاها ایفا کند که شامل ایجاد اشتغال و درآمد برای روستاییان، تنوع‌بخشی به فعالیت‌های اقتصاد روستایی، کمک به فراهم شدن خدمات زیربنایی و تغییرات کالبدی-فضایی در روستاها می‌شود. یکی از اثرات گردشگری در روستاها، تحولات کالبدی است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش گردشگری بر تحولات کالبدی روستای موردمطالعه بود. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت، توصیفی-تحلیلی بود. سرپرست‌های خانوار ساکن در روستای زیارت جامعه آماری تحقیق را تشکیل دادند و 253 سرپرست خانوار ساکن روستای زیارت به‌عنوان  حجم نمونه با فرمول کوکران تعیین شدند. از سه شاخص ساخت‌وساز، تغییر کاربری اراضی و رضایتمندی کالبدی در قالب طیف لیکرت استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با نرم‌افزار آماری spss انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد، تغییرات کالبدی صورت‌گرفته ناشی از توسعه گردشگری در روستای موردمطالعه باعث افزایش بی‌رویه ساخت‌وساز خانه‌های دوم و ویلا، گسترش تسهیلات و خدمات گردشگری، تغییر کاربری اراضی زراعی به مسکونی، افزایش قیمت زمین و تخریب زمین‌های کشاورزی به‌طور گسترده شده است. همچنین بی‌توجهی به بافت روستا و فضاهای موردنیاز یک خانواده روستایی شامل فضایی برای نگهداری دام و انبار محصولات کشاورزی و گرایش به چند طبقه‌سازی در ساخت‌وسازهای جدید نارضایتی ساکنان روستایی را به همراه داشته است. آزمون‌ها در سطح 99 درصد معنادار بود. به‌منظور کاهش پیامدهای منفی توسعه گردشگری، توجه بیش از پیش مدیران و دستگاه‌های نظارتی و برنامه‌ریزی در حوزه گردشگری لازم و ضروری است.

the role of tourism development in the physical changes of rural settlements (case study: ziarat village, gorgan city)

tourism in rural areas can play an effective role in all aspects of the villages, including creating employment and income for the villagers, diversifying the activities of the rural economy, helping to provide infrastructure services, and physical-spatial changes in the villages. one of the effects of tourism in villages is physical changes. the research aimed to investigate the role of tourism on the physical changes of the studied village. the statistical population of the descriptive-analytical research consists of heads of households living in ziarat village. 253 heads of households living in ziarat village were determined as participants using cochran’s formula. three indicators &construction&, &land use change& and &physical satisfaction& were used in the form of a likert scale. the data were analyzed using spss. the results showed that the physical changes that have taken place due to the development of tourism in the studied village have caused an excessive increase in the construction of second houses and villas, the expansion of tourism facilities and services, the change of agricultural land use to residential land, the increase in land prices, and the destruction of agricultural land on a large scale. moreover, neglecting the village texture and the spaces needed by a rural family, including a space for keeping livestock and storing agricultural products, and the tendency to create multiple floors in new constructions have caused dissatisfaction among rural residents. moreover, to reduce the negative consequences of tourism development, it will be necessary to pay more attention to managers and planning agencies in the field of tourism.
