تحلیل سناریوهای موثر بر تحقق‌پذیری مولفه‌های شهر شاد(مطالعۀموردی: شهر ارومیه)

هدف پژوهش حاضر آینده نگاری شاخص های شهرشاد در شهر ارومیه است تا با مشخص سازی وضعیت های محتمل پیش روی شهر در قالب سناریو، آینده‌ شهر درک شود و متناسب با آن برنامه و سیاست هایی در  جهت تحقق شهر شاد اجرا شوند. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بوده است و جهت تبیین شهر شاد ارومیه از 29 شاخص استفاده ‌شده است که جهت سنجش نوع رابطه بین شاخص ها و استخراج عوامل کلیدی از mentalmodel ، برای سطح بندی مناطق از مدل کوپراس، برای وزن دهی از مدل فولر و برای نمایش بصری از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی gis استفاده ‌شده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان داده است که در بین 29 شاخص مورد بررسی، 8 شاخص (فضای سبز، طراحی فضای دلپذیر، استفاده‌ منطقی از فضاهای شهری، حس آزادی، امنیت، پاکیزگی محیط، عناصر هویت بخش، فضاهای خاطره انگیز) به‌عنوان عوامل کلیدی در تحقق شهر شاد ارومیه مشخص ‌شده‌اند. چگونگی توزیع این عوامل در سطح مناطق شهر ارومیه بیانگر بهترین وضعیت برای منطقه‌ 1 با امتیاز 0.30 درصد و بدترین آن برای منطقه‌ 2  با امتیاز 0.22 درصد بوده است. همچنین، یافته های حاصل از سناریو ویزارد بیانگر 4 سناریو قوی، 571 سناریو ضعیف و 19 سناریو محتمل در راستای شهر شاد ارومیه بوده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داده است که سناریوهای محتمل از مجموع 152 حالت ممکن دارای ضریب 38 درصد برای وضعیت مطلوب، 35 درصد برای وضعیت ایستا و 25 درصد برای وضعیت بحرانی بوده است که احتمال تحقق وضعیت مطلوب (با ویژگی های سرانه‌ فضای سبز در شهر افزایش ‌یافته است و در کنار آن حس مسئولیت پذیری شهروندان تقویت ‌شده تا سطح پاکیزگی محیط‌زیست شهر بهبود یابد. همچنین، به مسئله‌ امنیت و آسایش شهروندان در شهر بیشتر توجه شده است تا شهروندان آزادی بیشتری در فضای شهر احساس کنند و آرامش روحی روانی مطلوب خود را به دست آوردند و شهر به فضایی خاطره انگیز برای شهروندان تبدیل شود و احساس تعلق به مکانی در شهروندان تقویت گردد) بیش از دیگر وضعیت های محتمل بوده است که خود نشانگر تحقق شاخص های شهر شاد برای ارومیه در آینده، به‌ شرط اجرایی شدن پیشنهادهای ارائه‌شده در تحقیق حاضر است.

The Creation of Scenarios Affecting the Achievability of the Indicators of Happy City (Case Study: Urmia City)

The research is a futures study of the indicators of a happy city in Urmia to understand the future of the city, identifying possible situations ahead in the form of a scenario. This can help to take appropriate plans and policies for making a happy city. The study used a descriptiveanalytical method. Twenty nine indicators were used for explaining the happy city of Urmia. Mental model was used for assessing the relationship between indicators and identifying the main factors, COPRAS model was used for leveling regions, Fuller model was used for weighing, and GIS was used for visual representations. The results showed that from among the 29 indicators, 8 indicators were identified as critical factors for achieving the happy city of Urmia: green spaces, designing attractive spaces, using rationally from urban spaces, making the sense of freedom, security, the cleanliness of the environment, identitymaking elements, and memorable spaces. Moreover, the results of the scenario wizard showed that 19 scenarios are possible for the happy city of Urmia. The results of the study showed that achieving the desired scenarios with the following characteristics are more possible than others: the per capita green space of the city has raised while the citizens’ sense of responsibility has increased, and as a result, has improved the level of environmental cleanliness of the city; moreover, the attention to the citizens’ security and comfort has increased such that they feel more freedom in the city and have regained their own desirable psychological and spiritual peace, and the city has been made a a memorable space for citizens as they more feel that they belong to the city. All these indicate that all indicators of happy city is possible for Urmia providing the suggestions of the study are taken serious and implemented.
