تحلیل اثرات گردشگری سلامت در ارتقای ظرفیت‌های اقتصادی فضاهای روستایی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان مشگین‌شهر)

توسعۀ گردشگری سلامت به عنوان یکی از منابع مهم اقتصادی می تواند نقش مهمی در ایجاد اشتغال، درآمد و ارتقای رفاه اجتماعی در سطح ملی، منطقه ای، محلی و نقشی موثر در توسعۀ اجتماعی‌اقتصادی به طور عام و مناطق روستایی به طور خاص ایفا نماید. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی نقش و تاثیر گردشگری سلامت در ارتقای ظرفیت های اقتصادی فضاهای روستایی شهرستان مشگین‌شهر می‌باشد. جهت شناخت گردشگری سلامت در شهرستان مشگین‌شهر از مطالعات اسنادی استفاده شد. سپس اثرات آن در ارتقای ظرفیت های اقتصادی فضاهای روستایی به کمک پرسشنامه، مصاحبه و مشاهده به دست آمد. در مرحلة بعدی تعدیل های لازم براساس استخراج مشترکات انجام شد. اثرات نهایی‌شده به عنوان مهم ترین اثرات توسعۀ گردشگری سلامت در ارتقای ظرفیت های اقتصادی، در قالب پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تدوین شدند. این تحقیق نشان داد که اثر مستقیم شاخص تولید بر ارتقای ظرفیت های اقتصادی کمتر از ابعاد دیگر بوده و شاخص تنوع اقتصادی نیز بیشترین تاثیر مستقیم را داشته است. افزون بر این، شاخص تنوع اقتصادی بر همۀ شاخص ها تاثیر داشته و از طریق همۀ شاخص ها به طور غیرمستقیم بر ارتقای ظرفیت های اقتصادی موثر بوده است. توسعۀ مجتمع های آبگرم در شهرستان مشگین‌شهر موجب جاری شدن سرمایه های مختلف بومی و غیربومی در این مکان ها شده است. همچنین حضور گردشگران در این محدوده موجب بهبود زیرساخت های روستایی، افزایش تولیدات روستاییان در زمینه های مختلف و ایجاد زمینه های شغلی غیرکشاورزی و به طور کلی تنوع اقتصاد روستایی شده است.

Analyzing the Effects of Health Tourism on Improving the Economic Capacities of Rural Environments, Case Study: Meshgin Shahr Township

Health tourism development can play an important role in creating jobs and enhancing social welfare at national and local levels; it can also positively influence socioeconomic development in general and rural regions in particular. The purpose of this study is examining the role and effect of health tourism on improving the economic capacities of rural areas around Meshgin Shahr Township. Document studies were used to gain an understanding of health tourism. Next, the effects of such tourism on improving the economic capacities of rural environments were obtained using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Then, the necessary adjustments were made based upon the extracted commonalities. The finalized effects were compiled in the form of authormade questionnaires as the most important effects of health tourism development on improving economic capacities. Based on the findings, the direct effect of the production index on economic capacity improvement was found to be lower than other dimensions while the economic diversity index involved the highest direct effect. Moreover, the economic diversity index affects all indices and has been indirectly effective in the improvement of economic capacities through all indices. The development of spa complexes in Meshgin Shahr paved the way for the inflow of various local and nonlocal capitals to these areas. Furthermore, the presence of tourists in this region has resulted in the improvement of rural infrastructure, increase in the productions of rural residents in different areas, creation of nonagricultural jobs, and rural economic diversity.
