ارزیابی توانمندی‌های حرفه‌ای فارغ‌التحصیلان معماری از منظر برنامه درسی و حرفه

هدف: پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی توانمندی های حرفه ای فارغ التحصیلان معماری از منظر برنامه درسی و حرفه برای تبیین مولفه های معمار توانمند حرفه ای و تلاشی برای تبیین ویژگی های مورد نیاز فارغ التحصیلان برای ورود به بازار کار بعد از فارغ التحصیلی از منظر برنامه درسی و حرفه می باشد.روش پژوهش: این پژوهش مطالعه ای کیفی است و با حوزه هایی همچون: آموزش معماری، توانمندی های فارغ التحصیلان و نیاز های حرفه مرتبط است و ازنظر هدف جز پژوهش های کاربردیاکتشافی محسوب می شود، مطالعه با طی روند تحقیق توصیفی_تحلیلی، به گردآوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه و مطالعه اسناد کتابخانه ای بصورت ترکیبی می پردازد. برای سنجش تجربی الگوی عملیاتی پژوهش با اطلاعات مورد پژوهی تحقیق، مجدداً با استفاده از الگو یابی علّی یا الگوسازی معادله های ساختاری ارزیابی صورت گرفت.یافته‌ها: دو مولفه خصوصیات حرفه ای و دانش عملی(طراحی) به عنوان ویژگی های اصلی معمار توانمند حرفه ای تعیین شده اند.نتیجه‌گیری: مولفه دانش عملی طراحی دارای بیشترین تاثیر در بحث آموزش معماری است و پرداختن به آن به عنوان ویژگی اصلی معمار توانمند حائز اهمیت فوق العاده ای است، همچنین پرداختن به خصوسیات حرفه ای به عنوان بعد دیگر معمار توانمند لازمه توجه است.

objective: the present study is an evaluation of the professional capabilities of architecture graduates from the perspective of curriculum and profession to explain the components of a professional architecture and an attempt to explain the characteristics needed by graduates to enter the job market after graduation, from the perspective of curriculum and profession.methods: this research is a qualitative study and is related to fields such as: architectural education, graduates’ capabilities and professional needs, and in terms of its purpose, it is considered one of the “exploratory” applied researches. in this study, through the process of descriptive-analytical method, information has been collected through a questionnaire, and the study of library documents was done using synthetic manner . in order to experimentally assess the operational model of the research with the research data, it was again evaluated using causal modeling or structural equation modeling.results: two components: professional characteristics and practical (design) have been identified as the main characteristics of a competent professional architect. conclusion: the practical knowledge component of “design” has the most influence in the discussion of architectural education, and addressing it as the main characteristic of a capable architect is extremely important, as well as addressing professional characteristics as another dimension of a capable architect requires attention.
