بررسی مشارکت دانشجویان در آموزش عالی ایران (فراترکیب)

هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی مشارکت دانشجویان در آموزش عالی ایران اجرا ‌شده است.روش پژوهش: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی، باهدف کاربردی و به روش فراترکیب (استراتژی هفت‌مرحله‌ای بارسو و سندلوفسکی) انجام و برای تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده‌شده است.یافته‌ها: طبق یافته‌های این پژوهش، مشارکت دانشجویان در آموزش عالی دارای ابعادِ آموزش، مالی، فرهنگ، حکمرانی و پژوهش است و به عواملی چون دانشگاه، استاد و دانشجو بستگی دارد. موانعی نیز برای مشارکت دانشجویان در آموزش عالی شناسایی شد که از آن جمله موانع فردی، آموزشی، فرهنگی، مالی است و این مشارکت پیامدهایی نیز برای استاد، دانشگاه و دانشجو در پی دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: مشارکت دانشجویان در آموزش عالی تاثیر زیادی بر کنشگران و ذی‌نفعان دانشگاهی دارد. طبق این بررسی، بیشترین بُعد مشارکت دانشجویان، مربوط به بُعد آموزش است و افزایش انگیزه و خودباوری در دانشجویان، از موثرترین عوامل مشارکت آنان در این زمینه می‌باشد؛ همچنین از موانع مهم مشارکت دانشجویان کمبود مهارت لازم برای کنشگری در ابعاد دانشگاه است که با اجرای دوره‌های مهارت‌آموزی در زمینه‌های مختلف می‌توان زمینه مشارکت فعال و موثر آنان را فراهم‌تر نمود.

investigating students' participation in iran's higher education (metasynthesis)

objective: it has been done with the aim of investigating students' participation in iran's higher education.methods: this research was carried out with a qualitative approach, with an applied purpose and in a meta-synthesis method.thematic analysis method was also used to analyze the data.results: according to the findings of this research, students' participation in higher education has the dimensions of education, finance, culture, governance and research, and influencing factors such as university, professor and student were achieved.barriers to students' participation in higher education were also identified, including personal, educational, cultural, and economic barriers, and this participation has consequences for professors, universities, and students.conclusion: student participation in higher education has a great impact on academic actors and stakeholders. according to this survey, the biggest dimension of students' participation is related to the dimension of education, and increasing students' motivation and self-confidence is one of the most effective factors of their participation in this field; also, one of the important obstacles to students' participation is the lack of skills necessary for activism in university dimensions, which can be provided for their active and effective participation by implementing skill training courses in various fields.
