تحلیل سوگیری ‌های جنسیتی در ارزشیابی ‌های دانشجویان از تدریس مدرسان دانشگاهی

هدف: بر اساس پژوهش ‌ها انواعی از عوامل می‌توانند نتایج ارزشیابی‌های دانشجویان از تدریس اساتید را تحت تاثیر قرار دهند. هدف اصلی آزمودن این فرضیه بود که سوگیری جنسیتی می‌تواند نتایج ارزشیابی‌های دانشجویان از تدریس اساتید را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. جامعه آماری اول پژوهش را 769 نفر از مدرسان تشکیل داده‌اند که طی شش نیمسال گذشته به عنوان استاد در دانشگاه کاشان تدریس کرده‌اند. برای نمونه‌گیری افزون بر کاربرد روش خوشه‌ای، شرط‌گذاری‌های لازم نیز متناسب با طرح و هدف تحقیق انجام شد و در نهایت نمونه‌ای شامل 443 استاد به دست آمد. با توجه به اینکه تعداد 3769 دانشجو طی شش نیمسال این استادان را ارزشیابی کرده‌ بودند در نهایت نمونه‌ای شامل 23285 سطر داده به دست آمد. ا اول، دانشجویان پسری که استاد مرد داشته‌اند در مقایسه با دانشجویان دختری که استاد زن داشته‌اند در هر سه مولفه «تسلط علمی و قدرت بیان»، «مدیریت اثربخش درس و کلاس» و «انگیزش دانشجویان و احترام» استادان خویش را ضعیف‌تر ارزشیابی کرده‌اند که نشان‌گر سوگیری دانشجویان پسر علیه استادان مرد است. دوم، پسرانی که استاد مرد داشته‌اند در مقایسه با دانشجویان دختری که استاد مرد داشته‌اند در هر سه مولفه نمرات ارزشیابی کمتری که نشان‌گر سوگیری دانشجویان پسر نسبت به استاد غیرهمجنس است.

an analysis of gender biases in students’ evaluations of university teachers

according to researches, various factors can affect the results of students' evaluations of professors' teaching. the main goal was to test the hypothesis that gender bias can affect the results of students' evaluations of professors' teaching. the first statistical population of the research is composed of 769 lecturers who have taught as professors at kashan university for the past six semesters. for sampling, in addition to using the cluster method, the necessary conditionings were made according to the design and purpose of the research, and finally a sample of 443 professors was obtained. according to the fact that 3769 students had evaluated these professors during six semesters, finally a sample containing 23285 data lines was obtained. the validity of the evaluation form was also checked by confirmatory factor analysis. the findings showed that there are two types of gender bias in all the evaluation components of teaching quality. first, compared to female students who had a female professor, male students who had male professors evaluated their professors more poorly in all three components of scientific mastery and expressiveness, effective lesson and class management and student motivation and respect which shows the bias of male students against male professors.
