پیش‌بینی عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی بر اساس مدل رهبری هوشمند

هدف: دانشگاه‌ها ازجمله نظام های اجتماعی هستند که نیروی محرکه آگاهی‌بخش و برج فرماندهی فکر جوامع شناخته شده اند. هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، تعیین تاثیر رهبری هوشمند بر عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر زاهدان بود.روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر اجرا توصیفی – همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری شامل همه اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر زاهدان به تعداد 666 نفر بود که حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران برابر با 120 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای برآورد شد. برای گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌های رهبری هوشمند و عملکرد آموزشی (طراحی شده توسط دفتر نظارت و ارزیابی دانشگاه‌ها) استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی به تایید متخصصان رسید، روایی سازه از طریق تحلیل عاملی و پایایی نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 0/97 و 0/93 محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای آماری spss23 و smart pls بهره گرفته شد.یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، رهبری هوشمند با ضریب مسیر ( 0/33) بر عملکرد آموزشی تاثیرگذار بوده است و مولفه رهبری جمعی با ضریب مسیر (0/38) بیشترین تاثیر را بر عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: با برازش الگوی مفهومی پژوهش فرض بر آن شد که رهبری هوشمند به‌عنوان متغیر مکنون به‌طور مستقیم بر عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی تاثیر می گذارد. بنابراین، در انتخاب و تعیین سبک های رهبری دانشگاهی باید نهایت دقت به عمل آید؛ زیرا شیوه‌های تاثیرگذار بر رفتار اعضای هیئت علمی کاملاً متفاوت از آن چیزی است که در شرکت‌های بازرگانی سنتی (با تاکید بر قدرت سودجویانه) وجود دارد.

Predicting educational performance of faculty members Based on intelligent leadership model

Objective: Universities are among the social systems that are known as the driving force of awareness, commanding and guiding the thoughts of societies. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intelligent leadership on the educational performance of faculty members of public universities in Zahedan, Iran.Methods: This research in terms of applied purpose and implementation is a descriptive correlation study based on the structural equation model. The statistical population included all faculty members of public universities in Zahedan, 666 people, whose sample size was estimated to be 120 people based on Cochran's formula by stratified random sampling. Intelligent leadership and educational performance questionnaires (designed by the Office of Supervision and Evaluation of Universities) were used to collect research data.   Content validity was confirmed by experts, structural validity was calculated through factor analysis, and reliability was also calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient equal to 0.97 and 0.93. SPSS23 and Smart PLS statistical software were used to analyze the data.Results: According to the research findings, intelligent leadership with a path coefficient (0.33) affects educational performance and the component of collective leadership with a path coefficient (0.38) has the greatest impact on the educational performance of faculty members.Conclusion: By fitting the conceptual model of the research, it was assumed that intelligent leadership as a latent variable directly effects on educational performance of faculty members. Therefore, a great care must be taken in determining academic leadership styles because the methods that influence the behavior of faculty members are quite different from those found in traditional business companies.
