اولویت بندی فناوری های نوین آموزشی برای کاربست در سیستم آموزشی (مورد مطالعه: یکی از دانشگاه های نظامی ایران)

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف اولویت‌بندی فناوری‌های نوین آموزشی برای کاربست در سیستم آموزشی یکی از دانشگاه‌های نظامی ایران اجرا شده است.روش پژوهش: در پژوهش حاضر، فناوری های نوین آموزشی به دو بعد روش ها و ابزارهای نوین آموزشی تقسیم شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل همه اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکده علوم انسانی و مدیریت و اقتصاد دانشگاه تربیت مدرس بود. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ روش گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی پژوهش، توصیفی-دلفی و در بخش کمی، توصیفی-پیمایشی است؛ بر این اساس، پرسشنامه استاندارد برای گرد آوری داده‌ها از خبرگان، تهیه و به صورت مصاحبه ساختاریافته اجرا شد. درنهایت پس از رسیدن به اشباع نظری در پاسخ ها، از 28  مصاحبه برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. برای توصیف داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss و برای اولویت بندی مولفه ها از روش تحلیل تطبیقی-مقایسه ای بهره گرفته شد.یافته‌ها: مطابق نتایج پژوهش، در اولویت بندی فناوری های نوین آموزشی، درنهایت روش های آموزش شناختی- فراشناختی، ترکیبی، چندرسانه ای، معکوس، اقتضایی، تریز و ابزارهای فیلم‌استریپ- اسلاید، اینترنت، کتاب و کتابخانه الکترونیک، برد هوشمند و رایانه، به ترتیب بالاترین امتیاز را کسب کرده و در اولویت قرار گرفتند.نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طور کلی می‌توان گفت استفاده از روش‌های انتخاب شده که عموماً روش‌هایی فعال بین فراگیران هستند، باعث یادگیری عمیق‌تر و پایدارتر خواهد شد، و استفاده از ابزارهای هوشمند و الکترونیکی منتخب نیز برای رشد آموزش در این دانشگاه ضروری هستند.

Prioritization of new educational technologies for application in the educational system (case of the study: one of Iran's military universities)

Objective: The purpose of this study is to prioritizing for new educational technologies for use in the educational system of one of the military universities of the Iran.Methods: In the present study, new educational technologies have been divided into two dimensions of new educational methods and tools and have been studied. The statistical population of this study included all faculty members of the Faculty of Humanities and Management and Economics of Tarbiat Modares University. The present study is descriptive in terms of data collection method in the qualitative part of the research and descriptive in the quantitative part; Accordingly, a standard questionnaire was prepared to collect data from experts and conducted in a structured interview. Finally, after reaching theoretical saturation in the answers, twenty-eight interviews were used to analyze the data. SPSS software was used to describe the data and comparative analysis was used to prioritize the components. PSS software was used to describe the data and comparative-analogical analysis was used to prioritize the components.Results: According to the research results, in prioritizing new educational technologies, finally, metacognitive, hybrid, multimedia, inverse, contingent, tris and film tools of strip slide, internet, e-book and library, smart board and computer, Respectively, obtained the highest score and were given priority.Conclusion: In general, it can be said that the use of selected methods, which are generally active methods among learners, will lead to deeper and more sustainable learning, and the use of selected smart and electronic tools are essential for the growth of education in this university.
