بررسی و شناسایی جهت‌گیری برنامه‌های درسی در نظام آموزش عالی بر اساس رویکرد جامعه‌محوری

پاسخگویی متناسب نظام آموزش عالی به نیازهای جامعه در ابعاد مختلف یکی از چالش‌های اصلی در دهه‌های اخیر بوده است. متناسب با این چالش، هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی جهت‌گیری برنامه‌های درسی در نظام آموزش عالی بر مبنای رویکرد جامعه‌محوری بود. متناسب با این هدف از روش توصیفی_ تحلیلی و همچنین جهت پیشبرد پژوهش از گام‌های اجرایی روش اسنادی بهره گرفته شد. جامعه آماری شامل مبانی نظری و پژوهشی (اسناد) داخلی و خارجی در راستای موضوع پژوهش بود که کل جامعه آماری (تمام شماری بدون بازه‌ی زمانی) به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. گرد‌آوری اطلاعات از راه مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی صورت پذیرفت و تا زمان اشباع نظری داده‌ها ادامه پیدا کرد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تکنیک‌های بازخوانی متون و مطالعه منابع، شامل «طبقه‌بندی و جدول‌های مفهومی» و «تقلیل داده‌ها»، استفاده شد. همچنین به‌منظور بررسی اعتبار یافته‌ها از معیارهای خودبازبینی پژوهشگر در طی فرایند گرد‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌ها و همچنین از توسعه و توصیف غنی داده‌ها برای اطمینان از قابلیت انتقال‌پذیری استفاده شد. بر اساس یافته‌ها مفاهیم کلیدی چشم‌انداز و ماموریت نظام آموزش عالی جامعه‌محور را روشن و متناسب با آن هشت جهت‌گیری (اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی، سیاسی، فناورانه، زیست‌محیطی، آموزشی، پژوهشی) برای برنامه‌های درسی بر اساس ابعاد و کارکردهای اصلی نظام آموزش عالی جامعه‌محور (آموزش، پژوهش، خدمات) تبیین شد.

Investigating and Identifying the Orientation of the Curricula in Higher Education System Based on Communitybased Approach

The accountability of the higher education system to the needs of society in various dimensions has been one of the main challenges in the recent decades. In accordance with this challenge, the purpose of this study was to identify the orientation of the curricula in higher education system based on communitybased approach. The descriptiveanalytical method was used for this purpose and the steps to implement the documentary method were used to advance the research. The statistical population consisted of internal and external theoretical and research bases in relation to the research topic, the entire statistical population (all without time intervals) was selected as a sample. Data collection was carried out through library studies and internal and external databases, which continued until theoretical saturation of data. In order to analyze the data, text retrieval techniques and resource studies that included classification and conceptual tables and data reduction were used. In order to verify the validity of the findings, the researchers’ review of their criteria during the process of data collection and analysis, as well as the development and rich description of the data, were used to ensure transferability. Finally, the findings will clarify the key concepts of the vision and mission of the communitybased higher education system and adapt them to eight orientations (social, economic, cultural, political, technological, environmental, educational, research) for curricula based on the dimensions and functions of the communitybased higher education system (education, research, services).
