رابطه استقلال دانشگاهی و مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر با مسئولیت اجتماعی (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز)

هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه استقلال دانشگاهی و مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر با مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل همه اعضای هیئت ‌علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز (شامل 5 دانشکده) به تعداد 763 نفر بود. از این تعداد مطابق جدول مورگان 241 نفر نمونه آماری به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای نسبتی انتخاب شدند. روش این پژوهش، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام با استفاده از نرم افزار spss بهره گرفته شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بین متغیر استقلال دانشگاهی و ابعاد آن (استقلال سازمانی و استقلال علمی) با مسئولیت اجتماعی، رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین بین مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر و ابعاد آن با مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری دیده شد. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که ابعاد استقلال دانشگاهی (استقلال سازمانی 0.31= β و استقلال علمی 0.16= β) قادر به پیش‌بینی مسئولیت اجتماعی هستند.

The Relationship between University Autonomy and Total Quality Management with Social Responsibility at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences

The aim of the present research is to study the relationship between university autonomy and total quality management and social responsibility at University. The population of the study consisted of all faculty members (including 5 faculties) at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences whose number was 763. Using Morgan Table, 241 faculty members were selected as sample via stratified random method. The method of this research is descriptive correlational. To collect data, standard questionnaires were utilized. For data analysis, Pearson correlation and stepbystep regression were used with SPSS software. Results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the variable of university autonomy and its components, i.e. organizational autonomy and academic autonomy, and social responsibility. There was also found a significant positive correlation between total quality management and its dimensions and social responsibility. The present research results showed that dimensions of university autonomy (organizational­ autonomy β = .31 and academic autonomy β = .16 are able to predict social responsibility.
