مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در بررسی رابطه هم‌آفرینی و سرمایه اجتماعی (مورد مطالعه: اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه اصفهان)

هدف از نگارش این مقاله، بررسی رابطه هم‌آفرینی و سرمایه اجتماعی بوده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی است. حجم جامعه آماری 671 نفر بود که حجم نمونه با به کارگیری نرم‌افزار سمپل پاور، 200 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه اصفهان برآورد شده است. برای گرد‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته هم‌آفرینی مبتنی بر مدل دارت (2014) و سرمایه اجتماعی (عباس‌زاده و مقتدایی، 1388) استفاده شده است. ابزار تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نرم‌افزار spss23 و amos23 بود. برای تحلیل مدل از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که الگوی مفهومی پژوهش از برازش مطلوب برخوردار است. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که بین هم‌آفرینی با سرمایه اجتماعی رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. هم‌آفرینی با ایجاد زمینه‌ گفت‌وگو، تسهیل جریان انتشار اطلاعات، دسترسی سریع، استفاده از استراتژی‌ها و تدابیر مناسب برای ایجاد شفافیت و انعطاف‌پذیری بین همکاران موجبات افزایش سرمایه اجتماعی را فراهم می‌آورد.

The Role of Structural Equation Modeling in the Relationship between Cocreation and Social Capital (Case Study: Faculty Members of the University of Isfahan)

The present study aimed to examine the relationship between cocreation and social capital. The research method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population was 671 and the sample size was 200 faculty members of Isfahan University using Sample Power software. To collect data, a researchermade questionnaire of cocreation based on the DART model (2014) and social capital questionnaire (Abaszadeh and Moghtadaie, 2009) have been used. SPSS 23 and Amos 23 software were used to analyze the data. Moreover, structural equation modeling was used to analyze the model. Results demonstrated a desirable fitness for the conceptual model. Findings of the research indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between cocreation and social capital. Cocreation leads to increase the social creation by making a ground for dialogue, facilitating the flow of, rapid access, and using appropriate strategies and measures to make transparency and flexibility among faculty members.
