ساخت و اعتباریابی مقیاس توسعه حرفه‌ای اعضای هیئت ‌علمی در آموزش، یادگیری و پژوهش

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ساخت‌ و اعتباریابی مقیاس توسعه حرفه‌ای اعضای هیئت‌ علمی در آموزش، یادگیری و پژوهش انجام گرفت. بدین منظور، بر اساس سند انجمن ملی آموزش و یادگیری آموزش عالی ایرلند (2016)، مقیاس 48 سوالی در پنج بعد: «توسعه شخصی»، «دانش و مهارت حرفه‌ای»، «ارتباطات حرفه‌ای»، «هویت حرفه‌ای» و «ظرفیت‌های دیجیتالی» طراحی شد. پس از احراز روایی محتوایی به‌منظور اعتبار سنجی ابزار، نمونه‌ای 242 نفری از اعضای هیئت‌ علمی دانشگاه اصفهان با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم، انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته پاسخ دادند. ساختار عاملی پرسشنامه با استفاده از تحلیل اکتشافی، بررسی شد و نتایج نشان داد که پنج عامل جمعاً 59 درصد از واریانس آزمون را تبیین می‌کنند. تمامی پرسش‌ها به‌جز 5 سوال در ارتباط با عامل مربوط به خود دارای بار عاملی قابل ‌قبول بوده و درنهایت 43 پرسش تائید شد. روایی سازه ابزار نیز از طریق تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه اول و دوم بررسی و تایید شد. همچنین نتایج ضریب آلفای کرونباخ نشان داد که مقیاس طراحی ‌شده و تمامی ابعاد آن از پایایی مطلوبی برخوردارند. با توجه به نتایج می‌توان گفت که مدل و ابزار اندازه‌گیری پیشنهادی ویژگی‌های لازم را برای سنجش توسعه حرفه‌ای اعضای هیئت‌ علمی در آموزش، یادگیری و پژوهش دارد.

Developing and Validating the Scale of Professional Development of Faculty Members in Teaching, Learning and Research

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the scale of professional development of faculty members in teaching, learning and research. Thus, we used the document of the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching in Ireland (2016), for designing a scale of 48 items in 5 dimensions: "Personal Development", "Professional Knowledge and Skills", "Professional Communication", "Professional Identity", and "Digital Capacity". After confirming content validity by experts, In order to validate the tool, A sample of 242 faculty members at the University of Isfahan by using proportional stratified random sampling selected and they answered the researchermade questionnaire. Factorial Structure of questionnaire was investigated using exploratory analysis and findings showed that 5 factors totally explain 59 percent of variance test and all items had acceptable factor loading according to their own factors except 5 items, and finally 43 items confirmed. Also, the construct validity of questionnaire was investigated and confirmed through first and second order confirmatory factor analysis and. In addition, the results of Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient showed that the designed scale and its dimensions have a desirable reliability. According to the results, we can say that the proposed model and instrument of measurement have the necessary characteristics to measurement the professional development of faculty members in teaching, learning and research.
