تحلیل استراتژی توسعه دانشکده‌های اقماری با استفاده از تکنیک swot (مورد مطالعه دانشگاه بوعلی سینا)

هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، بررسی و شناسایی فرصت‌ها، تهدیدها، نقاط قوت و ضعف و تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های مناسب برای مقابله با تغییرات درونی و بیرونی دانشکده‌های اقماری بود. روش پژوهش بر اساس ماهیت داده‌ها کمی و نوع پژوهش، کاربردی است و از لحاظ گرد‌آوری اطلاعات نیز در گروه پژوهش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی قرار می‌گیرد. در شناسایی عوامل اولیه از طریق بررسی مستندات سند راهبردی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا و مصاحبه با خبرگان و در ارزیابی عوامل از کارکنان، اعضای هیئت علمی و دانشجویان استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 1600 تن از استادان، کارمندان و دانشجویان دانشکده‌های اقماری دانشگاه بوعلی سینا بود و بر اساس جدول مورگان، حجم نمونه 310 نفر انتخاب شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد استراتژی‌های تدافعی مناسب‌ترین استراتژی‌ها برای آینده دانشکده‌های اقماری هستند. استراتژی رویکرد تدافعی با تاکید بر تاسیس پردیس دانشگاهی در محل استقرار یکی از دانشکده‌ها به‌منظور کاهش هزینه‌های آموزشی یا تجمیع دانشکده‌های اقماری در داخل دانشگاه به‌عنوان استراتژی‌های مناسب برای این دانشکده‌ها پیشنهاد می‌شود.

Analyzing the Development Strategy of Satellite Faculties Using SWOT Technique (the Case of BuAli Sina University)

The main objective of this research was to investigate and identify opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses as well as formulation and implementation of adopting appropriate strategies to fights against internal and external changes faced by satellite faculties. Given the nature of research data, this was a qualitative applied study that was categorized as field and library research based on the data collection method. Regarding the identification of primary factors, it was attempted to analyze the documentary text of Strategic Plan of BuAli Sina University as well as conduct interview with experts and elites. Given the analysis of factors, it was decided to refer to personnel, faculty members and students. The statistical population in this research included 1600 professors, personnel and students of satellites faculties in BuAli Sina University, among whom about 310 individuals were selected as research size based on the Morgan Table. The research results showed that defensive strategies were the best strategies for the future of satellites faculties. The defensive approach strategy focuses on establishing campuses in the location of one of the university faculties in order to decrease the educational and welfare costs or merge satellite faculties inside the university. As such, the latter strategy is proposed as the desirable strategy for such faculties
