Society and ideology in Althusser's view [Althusser'in Düşüncesinde Toplum ve Ideoloji]

Although seen as a set of substantially abstract philosophical studies,louis althusser's attempt to liberate marxism essentially reflected an objection against presuppositions expressed in the traditional marxist discourse marked out by stalinist ideology. based on one of the most important figures in structural marxism,which is the fundamental problem of the subject at hand,this study aims to make a theoretical consideration of althusser's endeavor to reconstruct the notions of society and ideology in the context of liberating marxism by way of remaining within the boundaries of marxist thought. this study deals respectively with how althusser apprehends a unique marxist dialectic that is different from hegel's dialectic; how a complex structure in which various structural levels and instances that constitute social formation are articulated in specific effectivity and yet which is finally determined by economy in the last instance is constructed; relations of production and the social role of ideology as an expression of the imagined connection with the relations stemming from these relations.
