The restrictions to the election expenses of political parties and candidates [Siyasi Partilerin ve Adaylarin Seçim Harcamalarinin Sinirlandirilmasi]

In many countries,a number of regulations on election expenses spent on during elections by the political parties,their candidates and third parties are introduced on the grounds that not only it is against the equality principle in political participation,but also it has significant effects on the results of the elections. the most frequently used method for the regulation of the expenses of political parties and candidates is to control the expenses by restricting the amount. however,the restrictions on election expenses may have some negative consequences in some fields,such as freedom of speech and theory of democracy. in this study,the restrictions imposed on the election expenses of political parties and candidates have been studied.
