The effect of leadership behavior of local governors on education [Eǧitim Hizmetleri Açisindan Mülki İdare Amirlerinin Liderlik Davranislari]

The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of the leadership behavior of local administrators,namely governors,deputy governors and district governors,on education in light of the views of local administrators themselves and others in different administrative positions including local education chiefs and school administrators. the sample comprises 567 people,including 81 governors,81 deputy governors,81 district governors,81 heads of education in the cities as well as 162 school administrators. the results of the study reveal that local governors and educational administrators play an important role to play in education,and they have a significant impact in this respect.
