On concultancy [Danişmanlik üzerine]

Consulting is one of the problem-solving mechanisms,which almost every individual frequently tends to use. this function is more essential for managers in the position of decision-making and implementation. yet,it can hardly be said that the importance of the consulting function has been duly comprehended and adopted in turkish public administration. this study theoretically examines the subject of consulting,and then draws a general framework for the current state of consulting in turkish public administration.
