   Salary systems for civil servants in Turkey from Fordism to Post-Fordism [Fordizmden Post-Fordizme Türkiye'de memurlarin maas düzeni]

چکیده    The study aims to analyze salary systems for civil servants under the turkish public personnel regime in two historical periods,fordism and post-fordism. taking physical,concrete reality of salary systems for civil servants as the starting point during these two periods,the study will attempt to reach the abstraction of the two civil servant salary systems. in the article,the civil servant salary system,which started in the post-1939 period and reached a peak by the post-1965 restoration,is conceptualized as fordist and the salary system that gradually emerged in the post-1980 period as post-fordism. the post-fordist salary system has been examined in ten-year periods so as to include the destruction and construction period. the salary systems of the said periods,particularly the transition period between two regimes,have been analyzed in detail on the basis of concrete arrangements.
