Factors affecting employee productivity: the case of Turkish Military Hospitals [İşgücü verimliliǧini etkileyen faktörler: TSK askeri hastanelerinde bir uygulama]

This study aims to determine whether there is a difference among regular physicians working at turkish armed forces (taf) hospitals in terms of their evaluation of factors affecting their productivity and to establish the consequences of these factors on physicians and primary measures needed to increase productivity. the population of the study consists of 768 regular physicians working at taf military hospitals. the study concluded that among managerial and organizational factors,salary level
