چکیده
|
Judicial services, similar to various areas of service in public administration, have faced with demands for transformation regarding efficiency and productivity. there is a wide range of tools for satisfying these demands. in this framework, total quality management has been considered as one of the necessary tools. in this study, the opinions of lawyers–who play crucial role in judicial services on efficiency and productivity have been set forth via a survey conducted on total quality management.
