Public Policies in Response to Jobless Growth (Jobless Recovery) Problem: An Evaluation in the Case of Turkey

The most obvious difference between growth and development is about the distribution of income. in a growing economy, income distributions among members of the society, social classes, and regions may distort. in addition, it can be seen a jobless growth problem. jobless growth problem causes unemployment, uneven income distri-butions, and other structural problems. it can also be said that this kind of growth re-flects the government’s choices and decisions. in this paper, for eliminating the jobless growth problem, public policies will be examined for turkey.
