Restructuring in the Organization of Ministries within the Framework of Law No.643 in Turkey

In turkey, the organization of ministries, which have been established for performing public services assumed by the central administration, has been the subject to a variety of legal regulations throughout the history of the republic of turkey. never-theless, two basic changes were made in the organization of the ministries by two sepa-rate empowering laws in 1982 and 2011. the purpose of this study is to portray the new organization of ministries that has been formed by the enforcement of decree-law no. 643, which was put into effect in 2011, and law no. 3046 in the light of the organiza-tion of ministries in turkey in historical and legal terms. the study argues that the re- structuring of ministries of the regulatory state.
